The breakfast was cold and even the coffee was cold when it first opened. The shower head was so leaky that most of the water ran along the side.

The beds looked very clean, and were very comfy! The closet had a safe in it which was nice. There is breakfast downstairs (waffles, cereal, pastries, fruit), and a computer area for guests to use. There is no pool but there is a little patio that was cute. Just across the vacant lot there is a Dollar General. It is minutes from the airport, and there are food options and gas stations within a few blocks. The military base is also very close. Our family has stayed at this location before, and we will stay again in the future. Thanks for the hospitality, and a comfortable place to sleep while in the Magic City! See you in the Fall!

The room was clean, the staff were nice, and for how busy it was during the time we came, our stay was great!

Absolutely horrible hotel experience. The room we originally got was dirty, and still had glue-on lashes from the previous guests sitting on our table beside the dirty coffee pot. The floors were filthy and not vacuumed - so I went and asked for a clean room. The next room they gave us was even worse. It had a horrible chemical smell, which I tried to ignore and thought maybe they cleaned this room really well and that’s why it smelled. NOPE. The bathroom floor was so sticky, my husband wiped it down with a wet cloth and his foot, and the cloth he used was BLACK. Absolute filth. When we complained to the front desk we were told “We are so sorry, and so embarrassed. We get this a lot” …. Uhm? If you have guests complaining about the cleanliness of the rooms they are paying for, it’s time to do something about it. This was the 3rd hotel we stayed at for our week long road trip - it was the most expensive of them all - and it was by far the absolute worst we’ve ever seen. WASTE OF MONEY. All we got was an apology, thank you, kiss my arse. Never again. Will post the pictures on a Google review.

Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and nice little breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Our shower flew off and hit me in the head on 7-13-26. We asked the front desk about getting it fixed several times, and on 7-15-26 we were told there is no maintenance, and that we’re on our own. My colleague also had some mail sent to the front desk, and when he received confirmation from usps that it has arrived, he was told no mail had arrived. Turns out, it had, and the staff was too lazy to look down and check the pile of mail that was sitting right there. 0/5 stars…

After advertising that cancellations were free, they refused to refund my money a whole week prior to our reservation. My husband was hospitalized so was unable to travel, but I am sure they booked our room for someone else and got paid double. I will NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH YOU AGAIN!

Overall, a good stay. The breakfast spread was good. However, you cannot open any of the windows. No fan in the bathroom. You have to pay $1 to get key access to the laundry, which has 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL hotel guests. Have to pay $1 for use of the dryer. I had to sit in the laundry room to make sure I could get my laundry done. There were 5 people who wanted to do laundry after me, and one person sat with me to confirm they would be next. Had to laugh when I saw the shower gel above the toilet, nowhere near the shower. I would stay there again.

I got in close to midnight and was greeted by a friendly woman at reception. Breakfast was great and started early enough for travelers. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

The room was clean and smelled fresh.

Everything was great!

Price was reasonable. Parking lot was uneven with pot holes. Interior decora were ok, but improved e mental would enhance the hospitality experiences.

It's overall a good place to stay. I'm disappointed with both booking.com and Quality Inn. I made a mistake and booked the room for the night before I needed it. Everyone got paid for a room that wasn't used. I asked about a credit and got bot answers from both saying to contact the other. But OK, my bad. I travel to Minot often, and there are other choices in the future. Now for the "King Suite". We paid $25 extra for the king suite, because we needed more room. It is not 495 sq ft as advertised. The king bed takes up most of the cramped room. I'm OK, just disappointed overall.
