always a nice stay

You had to go down when you need to clean towels, even after calling them and asking them, you had to wait for them because there was never clean towels! Our room was never cleaned. We stayed there five nights. , I’m a clean person, so kept it clean. Breakfast was the same every day. My sister stayed in another room and she needed her room vacuumed. They gave her the vacuum, but didn’t vacuum it for her made her do it herself.!

Water was gone for an hour the WiFi wasn’t working well not even on their own tv and breakfast was alright their dryer was out of order for a moment aswell

Overall the room is not clean. Floor is unclean. No daily cleaning. Asked the housekeeper and front desk to vacuum our floor but no one did. Breakfast was not good. Coffee maker was broken and the coffee in the pot was not good

The room was nice. The property's water pump went out and couldnt shower/use water of any kind while it was out for over 2 hours. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The rooms only come with 2 towels, even though it was me and 3 other guests that needed towels to shower. Asked my son to ask the staff for more and they would not give them to him. I had to go myself and tell them we needed 2 more. Then they obliged. Breakfast wasn't great but you get what you pay for I guess. Overall the stay wasn't terrible, just inconveniences. They could use and extra washer and dryer and a folding table. Lots of people trying to do laundry and not everyone is courteous of others and doesnt keep up with it, basically holding up the line for others.

Had a 4 day stay the first day i when we took the sheets off and they had blood stains

My room wasn't properly cleaned and the blind fell when I went to open it.

Jod, the lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful and accommodating. We are very appreciative of her.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay! Beach was across the street. Lots of shopping malls and tons of food options around us! Clean hotel. Good breakfast food. We enjoyed the waffles! Staff was helpful and super accommodating! The only thing that was an inconvenience was they kept running out of towels! I really can’t complain other than that. I’d book again!

In all my years of traveling and hotel stays this was by far the worst experience. I will never recommend this location. The lady who checked us in was a horrible example of customer service during our stay. She refused to give us clean towels daily. We along with other guests had to keep going to ask for towels & she only wanted to give us 2 towels at a time for 2 adults & 3 kids. Our room was never stocked with toilet paper and i had to go ask for some. The lady seemed to think we didn’t need service or the essentials. Room floors were filthy. No pool. No common courtesy from employees at all. We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean then she said there wasn’t any available. We went one day without showers because of no available towels. This was ridiculous! The lady questioned us as if she didn’t believe we had brought our dirty ones to turn in. I will never stay here again!!!

No hot water the first night, my towel looked like the floor had been mopped with it the knob on faucet kept falling off, only small area to hang any clothes and then only if they’re not any longer than a man’s shirt
