Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Lauderdale SW/Miramar

The fridge that was in my room , wasn’t even operational or cold and my food I stored went bad . Then the bed was unbalanced and leaned low in use . I had a decent stay but all those things made my stay a lil more uncomfortable and I realistically wouldn’t visit that property again .

The hotel was close to family living in Miramar, therefore used it to sleep at night. So, it was convenient.

The property is well maintained. It is in a safe and convenient location, right off the I-75, with plenty of shops/restaurants close by, some within walking distance. The lobby is very welcoming and smells inviting. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. The only reason I rated Good instead of Excellent was because my particular room had some noticeable wear/tear but nothing that would prevent me from coming back.

Room was clean. Hated the pillows, but that could just be me. They nickle and dime you for everything. There is a parking fee. Seriously? And no free breakfast. It used to be free so after I started eating the cereal, cold bacon and toast they tell me it’s 20 bucks! Not worth 5 bucks. But they did have complimentary lukewarm coffee! To many other mediocre hotels nearby that offer more.

It's a very deteriorated room, the space was good but the shower was very uncomfortable, the air conditioning didn't cool enough and the water bottles they put in the room had to be paid for, 2 dollars for each 500 ml bottle seems too much to me. In short, to spend the night was acceptable. But I don't recommend it at all

Stayed for 3weeks, the staff were wonderful, nice location. More variations would be nice for breakfast.

I really like staying here. The rooms were OK. I just didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for breakfast. I just feel like if you’re already paying to stay at a hotel breakfast should be free. When I arrived I was told that breakfast was $14 and some change for each guest. And that was very inconvenient for me.

The hotel it's self it's excellent. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, along with the sleeper sofa being worn, noisy and uncomfortable. Not a great sleep for me, but my teenager slept beautifully. 😴
