MI OPINIÓN ES SOLO PALABRAS “ solo se utiliza la información que beneficia sus intereses “ pero SOY CHEFF DE COCINA , para mi EL SERVICIO ES LO MÁS IMPORTANTE “ sin justificaciones “ CADA VEZ QUE HAY UNA INQUIETUD HAY UNA JUSTIFICACIÓN , pero una cosa aprendí en mi carrera profesional “ EL CLIENTE TIENE LA RAZÓN “ y desde una entrada llena de “ HECES FECALES “ de animales “ PATOS EN PARTICULAR “ DUCKS “ si porque son americanos “ en florida son muy amados , vivo en KY Louisville y también se ama la fauna , pero en la entrada de un hotel , te llenas los pies de heces a diario , subes a la habitación, tengo dos pequeños , durante 8DIAS “ que desea que les cuente “SOLO se JUSTIFICABAN “ y llevan según el manager más de un año así , y nadie hace nada “ y que DE LOS ZOO !!!? Para eso son los animales ,,, tengo vídeos y fue desagradable. , hasta para el desayuno , que es la única oferta que tienen y ya pueden hacer lo que hacen “ BORRAR LA INFORMACIÓN “ tengo vídeos pero no para quejarme , sino para sugerirles hagan algo por sus CLIENTES O HUESPEDES!!!

Our flight landed 3 hrs late so we got to hotel at 1.30AM. Met by Craig who was super friendly and helpful - thanks Craig! Room was huge and well equipped, lots of space. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and space for seating. Will definitely be staying here again next time passing through MIA. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay the hotel. All the common areas was very clean, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The manager was an absolute gem, he went above and beyond in a sincere way to make us comfortable and to enjoy our time. I would highly recommend this hotel, also great location to attend games at the hard rock arena. Love it!!!

Todo fue bueno

There was a night where the whole hotel was engulfed in a pudgent smell of raw sewage. When I called the front desk, who was very kind, he explained that the issue was on every floor as they have been getting calls frm other guest, so switching rooms would not help. After the smell lasted till early the next morning I called again & the new front desk person told me to call the manager in the morning. Spoke to manager Diane who explained that she could offer a few points but it wouldnt be close to equivalent of the full night I lost be cause of the sewage smell. She told me to talk to the GM Zack for a potential comparable offer. My 1st convo w/ him, he said that I was lying about other people complaining about the smell even though, it was his staff that informed me. He yelled that I was penalizing him for something that was the city fault, that this happens often when the city filters the water & the smell comes thru the pipes. So all he would offer was 15k pts @checkout.To avoid engaging further I said okay I will take the 15k pts. After my job ext. my stay I called when my pts where supposed to come thru. In a rage Zack said the convo never happened that I would get nothing. When I called him a liar on the phone he called the cops!

The whole staff was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was at a 5 star hotel. This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last. I loved it. Great breakfast, parking and room.

I had placed a maintenance request on the day of arrival that the "fan" in the bathroom was not working. No one came to the room to check it out. That maintenance did not come to the room to check the "fan" in the bathroom. Room number 408
