My toilet was blocked up. Nobody was available to address the issue overnight and front desk doesn't open until 9am. Next morning I was told it was fixed but asked guy to show me. It was unflushed and filthy. After using a plunger problem was fixed. He said there had been many other cases where people put paper cups down toilet. My main concern there is nobody available until 9am.

No worth itc very boring location, below average place

Floor was dirty, shower running a little water not enough to take a normal shower. Paid 150$/night .

The hotel wasn’t to bad but could have been a lot better the shower was the worst part the shower head had no water pressure had to turn around like a rotisserie chicken in order to get a whole body shower. There was no housekeeping scheduled to come in my entire week and a few day stay that I booked and the few housekeepers I did see in rooms, one of them was just sitting on the counter in the room playing on their phone very unprofessional coming from someone who used to work in the hotel/motel industry in many different roles from housekeeping to front desk staff. And the add said free WiFi but when I tried to login to the WiFi it asked for either a code or if I wanted to charge it to my room neither of which worked

We had to find a place last minute for a funeral and booked online with Booking.com as we drove down from Omaha, Nebraska. There seemed to be a lot of people outside the entrances that night when we finally arrived but we were able to check-in easily and quickly. The room had an odd smell when we entered to the room, but since we had to be at the funeral early the next morning, we retired for the night. In the morning when we woke up, we realized that the smell in the room was old cooking oil and that also explained the sticky feeling on the bedding. The smell made us both feel sick to our stomachs but we got ready and left for the funeral. As soon as we got back to the hotel, we asked to either get a different room or to check out one day early. The people at the front desk said that we could check out early and that we had to call Booking.com to request a refund. We called Booking.com right away while driving back to Omaha and they told us that WoodSpring Suites would have to confirm and issue the refund. It was a good place

More pillows would be nice those two pillows in the rooms are flat.

Heads up: No extra pillows - you only get 1 each for two people. No conditioner.

Nothing I never even got to check in They had a message about us having a late check in during a holiday weekend and we booked the room the day before knowing we’d check in late and after a 10 hour motorcycle ride we got there and they told us they cancelled our reservation. Have used booking many times before with this same situation and have never had this issue. Worst hotel ever we were tired and cold and had to spend the next hour and half looking for a hotel with a room available during Memorial Day weekend. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very active property, staff seemed overwhelmed at times. Great location and easy to access. Rooms are standard and nothing fancy. Don't expect anything more than what you pay for.

Shower is bad. Room is not clean. The bedding sheet is thin and not cotton. We will not stay in any Woodspring hotels anymore. But staff in Woodspring were friendly and nice.

The room they put me in the AC wasn't working. After I took shower unpacked and all the AC still not cool at all. It was little after 11 when I called to complaint. They moved me to another floor. They didn't even have an ICE machine. Didn't realized they dont offered breakfast until when we got there. Will jot stay here in the future.
