It was a good place

More pillows would be nice those two pillows in the rooms are flat.

Heads up: No extra pillows - you only get 1 each for two people. No conditioner.

Not bad for the price

Nothing I never even got to check in They had a message about us having a late check in during a holiday weekend and we booked the room the day before knowing we’d check in late and after a 10 hour motorcycle ride we got there and they told us they cancelled our reservation. Have used booking many times before with this same situation and have never had this issue. Worst hotel ever we were tired and cold and had to spend the next hour and half looking for a hotel with a room available during Memorial Day weekend. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible, worst experience ever. Very dirty like a trash

Very active property, staff seemed overwhelmed at times. Great location and easy to access. Rooms are standard and nothing fancy. Don't expect anything more than what you pay for.

Shower is bad. Room is not clean. The bedding sheet is thin and not cotton. We will not stay in any Woodspring hotels anymore. But staff in Woodspring were friendly and nice.

I like because is easy off I35 The room they put me in the AC wasn't working. After I took shower unpacked and all the AC still not cool at all. It was little after 11 when I called to complaint. They moved me to another floor. They didn't even have an ICE machine. Didn't realized they dont offered breakfast until when we got there. Will jot stay here in the future.

Bugs everywhere, floors leaking water, smelled like cigarettes.

The roaches, limited towels

Should have brought a hose to hook up to the sink to shower. Elevator floor had some kind of soup spread around. No glass tray in microwave. Fridge was nice! Two tiny two inch pillows, two big towels, two hand towels. This was a four day stay. Not pleasant, front desk said they would put in a work order for my room not having hot water, after first explaining to me that there was no hot water because others were using it… Very unpleasant experience

Not clean staff were not available on time for check in or to be able to speak with someone

Got to the hotel and a-lot of people were standing out smoking including the front desk worker. The hotel didn’t have a pleasant smell at all. The elevator was dirty and had a soiled smell. The beds were super hard. Absolutely no cushion to the beds at all. Woke up with a severe backache. Everything in the room is really old. The TV kept going on & off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Everything Nothing

I liked that I got to go to sleep. Nothing for you in the rooms or anywhere else on the property. No coffee, no snacks, no nothing. If there was nobody told me nor did they try to help. You couldn't ask questions bc after you checked in the front desk was closed until 10 A.M.

People laying in the hallways talking on the phone all night. Key card system down. Had to call staff to enter building or rim everytime. First room the TV power cord and cable cord had been stolen from the room. Moved to another room to have a faulty sink that leaked water all over the bathroom floor.
