The hotel manager never say hello or looks like he’s upset all the time every time I’ve stayed there. The rest of the staff is great.

Clean room, helpful staff, hot breakfast, easy access to parking, restaurants close by
-
They canceled my reservation just for arriving 1 hour later, and even dont want to give me my money back because of their politics.

Just great

The staff was pleasant but unhelpful the bed made noise and smelled like a dirty person had stepping them multiple nights in it went and it went all the way down to the mattress because I removed the sheets and used disinfectant cleaner I had gone and bought at Walmart, The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly the shower was slippery the pool area was disgusting Gatorade bottles floating in the pool and the jacuzzi water was grey. Sad to say that this is my second time at this hotel I booked it only because the first time was nothing like this. I can say with all certainty that I will not be booking it again and don't recommend it
