La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mission at West McAllen

Alquilaron una habitación para 5 personas y solo habían 2 camas queen. No cabían 5 personas y cuando se les reclamó dijeron que expedía tenía el problema no ellos.

The bed was hard and there were stains on the mattress that we didn’t notice until the last night. The closet smelled very musty. We experienced the same attitude today from a female employee who did not want to get off of her cellphone to be come to the front to provide us with a receipt. She kept saying just leave your keys in the jar to check out. I told her I needed a receipt and she begrudgingly came over to print it. I let her know that the phone was off the hook and she said it was because the power was out. I think she just didn’t want to be bothered by the phone or the guests but isn’t that the job? You might want to take look at what your employees are doing when they are supposed to be working.

The carpet was very dirty and smelled bad. The key to open the door wasn't working properly, I went to the office and they were able to fix the problem; everything else was fine.

Very clean, five stars

Room was not very clean. There was a very visible tooth/floss pick on the floor, cup stain on the night stand, and stains and hairs on the bed sheets. It was very disappointing.

Horrible staff, stood there for 10 minutes trying to check in, 2 staff members at the computers with no one else in line but myself. After checking in, get to the room, no batteries in the TV remote, soaps are empty in shower, not enough towels or wash cloths for the amount of people staying in the room, toilet paper empty. Go to the front desk have to wait forever again for an employee, get the things missing from the room, get back TV is messed up and only 3 channels to choose from. AC making strange loud noises, would not keep the room cooled off. Breakfast was HORRIBLE, should be labeled as snack section, better off eating gas station food. Go to take my kids swimming as it’s Father’s Day weekend… pool closed for “maintenance”. I will NEVER stay at the La Quinta in Mission, TX again….

The sofa bed couch wasn’t clean, the carpet wasn’t clean , they gave me another room, had hair in the bathroom zink

just a nicely staffed clean place to rest your head while away from home .

Restroom had used shampoo bottles and hairs on the wall Bed sheets were stained and found false eyelashes and hair in the bottom sheets Pool was dirty Breakfast was okay!

Estás instalaciones estaban muy sucias me entregaron el cuarto muy sucio y les pedí que me cambiarán de cuarto y me dijieron que era muy tarde para cambiarme y que al otro día hiban a limpiarme el cuarto y si fueron pero no limpiaron nada solo pusieron toallas así me la pasé 3 días y nunca lo limpiaron.. muy mala experiencia
