The staff knew they were remodeling and DID NOT CALL US TO LET US KNOW THEY CANCELED OUR WEEKLY RENTAL. WE CAME FROM TN TO VISIT OUR DISABLED VETERAN BROTHER AND WE DID NOT HAVE a place to stay. We found another hotel costing us 300 dollars more

They cancelled our stay the day before we arrived. We had booked the week there months before. We still have not received a refund from them nor Expedia. Beware this awfully ran hotel.

The room was infested with ants. Hot water took minutes to come out. Didn't respect reservation because we arrived later than certain time.
