Hotel reception is under construction. A little bit of dust and smell of fresh paint due renovations. However the room was clean. Other than the paint odor our stayed was ok

Great staff! Clean organized rooms! However, there was reconstruction at the time. Couldn’t really tell how well the hall looked.

There was a room where the complementary breakfast was served, but it was booked with another event the entire day, so there was nowhere to sit outside of your room or at the pool. Our first night there we had no hot water. The staff was helpful and of course some things are out of their control. I would just say if you're traveling in the near future, you might find it more comfortable and accommodating at another location.

Spacious, clean room with an excellent air conditioner. The staff was friendly and the breakfast provided a variety of hot options: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. very nice hotel.

Location We checked in after a long, tiring trip and unpacked in our room. After entering the bathroom, we found the sink stopped up with foul smelling water. After calling the front desk, they asked me if it was stopped up before we entered or after. Really, what a rude question. Some of the housekeeping staff arrived and tried to unstop the sink to no avail. They didn't have a similar room available so they moved us to an upgrade and made a big production of no extra charge. Think the staff and housekeeping need more training.
