I got over billed. I got charged for no show and it never got resolved.

Everything is perfect… all renewed!

We booked last minute due to our AC going out. We were close to anything we could’ve needed and home to get back for the repairs. When we had an issue with the TV (poor picture) and the fridge (loud whistling sound), they quickly got us into a new room right across the hall. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Hotel reception is under construction. A little bit of dust and smell of fresh paint due renovations. However the room was clean. Other than the paint odor our stayed was ok

Great staff! Clean organized rooms! However, there was reconstruction at the time. Couldn’t really tell how well the hall looked.

There was a room where the complementary breakfast was served, but it was booked with another event the entire day, so there was nowhere to sit outside of your room or at the pool. Our first night there we had no hot water. The staff was helpful and of course some things are out of their control. I would just say if you're traveling in the near future, you might find it more comfortable and accommodating at another location.

Spacious, clean room with an excellent air conditioner. The staff was friendly and the breakfast provided a variety of hot options: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. very nice hotel.
