Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and spacious. The lobby and the court were so welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful. 2 minor issues: one the quality of the toilet paper and the other one was the hair dryer with one very hot setting. We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and use it in the future.

It was nice

Courtyard, fountain and fire pit were special, especially in the morning. Rooms were good size and clean. Breakfast was just so so.

Our stay was pleasant- Only thing is that the bed was uncomfortable and our check out was at 12:00 and housekeeping knocked and open the door at 11:15 -

This hotel was fine overall. I booked a room on the same day of check-in at the last minute and the room was a little cramped, and not as updated as I thought it would be. It was located near the doors and electrical room, and felt like a utility room that was converted into a room to use for overbookings. The shower was small and a little older, but the water worked well. The fresh platter of baked cookies was a nice welcome. The hot breakfast was okay, too. They ran out of eggs and sausage a half an hour before service ended and the staff made a small portion of eggs, but no sausage. I guess the breakfast was good because there was no fruit, yogurt, or sausage left by the time I arrived. Oh, and the pool and hottub are located across the parking lot at the adjacent building, on the property nextdoor. I recommend to book ahead and not get a small room and arrive to breakfast early so that there will be food before everything is gone,

One. We came into the dining area for breakfast at 7 AM Monday morning only to be turned around and told it wasn’t ready. We had to wait about 10 minutes. If it’s stated that it’s going to be ready at seven. It should be ready at seven. Next morning, the same woman in the kitchen, apparently remembered us and was quite rude. Also, note that on the first morning, they ran out of bacon twice. The next morning they ran out of sausage. Both times were when I came to get breakfast, lol.. maybe look at the number of guests you have and try to plan accordingly? 2. Our TV failed in our room. It took THREE calls, one of which got left on hold by a front desk gal, and TWO trips to the front desk itself to get it replaced, The maintenance guy had actually replaced the entire TV. Daniel and Jon the two front desk. Agents did an exceptional job at making us feel welcome as well as addressing our issues when we came to them. The other gal that worked the front desk put me on hold when I called, and then she left, leaving me on hold. I walked downstairs to the desk and told Jon you can hang up the line. It’s on hold because it’s me. He was very apologetic.

Our stay was convenient for our friends birthday party and the hotel was awesome!

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was very nice. The pool was also very nice and relaxing. The weekend we stayed was very busy, so we had to wait a bit for a luggage cart.

The breakfast and the beautiful quad The pool is a little walk but still nice
-
Very good

The only drawback was that when we booked the hotel, my wife had called & asked if they could kind of put something in the room like a complementary surprise for my daughters birthday & they said they will & she even asked when we were checking in & the front desk attendant even confirmed that there were notes about it but when we got in the room there was nothing. Not a deal breaker though, staff was great & the place was nice & clean.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Potatoes were cold, as well as the plain scrambled eggs and bacon. The eggs with veg were a bit better.
