Pros plenty of parking Big rooms Front desk lady was nice when we checked in Cons Water refilling station is at the gym not near lobby There’s no coffee/tea station available all day Biggest con for me personally was I wasn’t able to pay to get a late check out. My son had a competition I needed the room till 3. I was willing to pay a fee. And the biggest thing is they won’t even tell you whether you can get late check out or not the night before. They said to ask the morning of, my son had 7 am start that day we had to be somewhere at 7 and I didn’t know whether I have the room or not till late. Super inconvenient for my specific needs. I won’t stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Staff is super nice. The price for washer and dryer is outrageous though and $4 for one dryer sheet.

Enjoyed my stay at the Ayers Hotel. It’s my go to place when I visit. The staff are always kind and have a smile. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great, food was hot and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Looking forward to my next trip.

The room was nice. But coming in from 100° weather I can’t help but feel pinched by the $8 water in the vending machine machine though.

We loved everything about our stay. Very friendly staff, clean & comfy rooms, nice pool with an amazing view, and the location was perfect. Their free breakfast was delicious with the different menus every day. We will definitely stay here again.

The TV didn't work and waited quite a while till someone came and addressed it. The aA/C unit rattled endlessly all night long. Room was quiet and clean
