Location. Breakfast. The floors in the room were not clean. The beds were ridiculously tall.

Close to campus I asked for an extra pillow because of a neck condition I have. Was told there were none available and even if they had some, she was the only staff member there. Terrible customer service.

Everyone on the staff was so friendly. From the front desk to the people mopping the floors. Great location.

Staff was not friendly, cleaning staff were rude. Never staying there again.

Breakfast was great. Wish there were a couple of umbrellas by the pool to get out of the sun if desired. Couch bed was very uncomfortable due to thin mattress so you felt the bars under your back. Everything was clean and quiet and we will be back. Highly recommend!
