Price for value. The hotel lobby was clean, my room was clean and I had the coffee in the lobby and it was good. I needed a place close to the airport and HI Express was wonderful. My flight was earlier than breakfast, so I don't know about the quality.

I liked the fact it was 5 minutes from my event, I did not like being on the first floor. The toilets need something done because when they’re flushed the emit a loud sound while refilling, the walls are too thin you can hear everything and guest talk and yell in the common areas. I know the guest thing isn’t really the establishments fault. In the end it worked for a one night stay.

The front desk attendant did her best to help with our situation. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and not what we expected for the price we paid. We booked one night through Booking.com while traveling with our children. When we entered the room, the carpet was visibly very dirty. (stains and sunflower seeds on the floor - so we could tell the room wasn't cleaned very well) After my husband showered and walked across the carpet, his feet were literally black from the amount of dirt that transferred onto them. Even more concerning, we found what appeared to be a glass pipe underneath the bed (drug paraphernalia ) With our children traveling with us, this was completely unacceptable and made us uncomfortable keeping them in the room. Our priority at that point was getting our family out of the room, so we did not take photographs because we were focused on leaving rather than documenting the condition. We paid $167 for this stay, and we contacted Booking.com afterward to request a refund. Booking.com initially told us they had contacted the hotel and that we should receive an update. After several days, we were ultimately told by Booking.com that the hotel had not responded to their attempts to reach them, and Booking.com was therefore unable to issue a refund. We were offered $16.63 in Booking.com travel credits instead. I have also sent a message to the hotel and they have not responded to me either. I am leaving this review because I believe future guests, especially families, deserve to know about our experience. I sincerely hope management sees this and reaches out to us to resolve the situation directly.

Liked hotel but couldn’t get roll away bed for extra person

Everything was great from the time we arrived to checkout time!

Very friendly staff and great location to the college! Breakfast didn’t last long enough after moving my daughter in her dorm the day before I guess I slept too late.
