Staff was amazing

Good location, short drive to the airport

The place was comfortable and staff was wonderful. A lot of things were out dated. Furniture (material peeling off) no plates or fry pans to cook with. Minimum utensils to eat with. Outside of Hotel looks good but the rooms inside look dated. Carpet needs replaced (would suggest wood floors). Pet fee for a 12lb dog is ridiculous. For the cost of the place for 2 nights I could have stayed at a much better place.

Will not go there again

Summer checked us in and was wonderful and there was coffee made when we had to leave super early.

I have not one complaint!! My wife and I absolutely love Drury hotels and this location definitely maintained that standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well as the manager who came and spoke to us during breakfast. It's really family oriented including allowing pets where they even have an area for them to use the bathroom outside. The room was very clean as well as the hotel itself. The evening kickback is very convenient also. Drury is our go to!

The room was good. The only issues were on Saturday, when several strange men were standing outside the hotel harassing guests. That same night, there was also a loud party at the hotel. Other than those incidents, my stay was okay.

Staff was wonderful & breakfast. The room had everything you could want but the furniture needed replaced - worn out and the bed was Okay not super comfortable. The room smelled cleaned and looked clean. Loved I could walk to 2 restaurants that were adjacent to the property, big win for me! There was a hospital around the corner which I loved incase of any emergency. Even with these dislikes I would stay there again for it's convivence to my activity I was there for.

This hotel has went downhill TERRIBLY! We had to move rooms 2 times. The first was because of a rusted crack in tub the size of my hand, and the other was because our room was infested with fleas. My wife had bites all over her and we visibly saw fleas all over the bed and white tiles in the bathroom. It cost me extra money to have all my laundry cleaned and bought flea spray for our belongings. We stayed 3 weeks here. On check out I asked for a late check out until 2:00pm. I got off work late and ended up checking out at 5:00pm. I was told off by the man who was at the counter. He wanted to charge me but I reminded him of all the issues we had. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a hotel in my life. We spent nearly 4K with this hotel and we’re treated like we are a huge problem for running late checking out. I was never reimbursed for my laundry or a discount because of the fleas, although I asked the manager. This use to be a hotel we always stayed when in Mobile, BUT NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent hotel and staff. Room clean

Room moldy, hole in door. No towels next day

The hotel was pretty good. When we got to the room no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. One of the chairs was in bad shape. There was a musty smell in room and then i saw ac vent was very dirty.

Rooms are OLD with furniture peeling, wall paper peeling, and floors cracked. Some rooms smell and have ants. Staff, however, is friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was good, hot & a variety to choose from other then that, the rooms are outdated, ceiling had water damage, blankets had holes, chairs were very worn, there was a spider in our room and not enough towels or wash rags for everyone and the conditioner and shower gel was empty

I would not stay here. My room smelled like an old metal ship. The entire hotel smelled funny for that matter

Close to airport

Superb

Ice maker did not work at all and water was very slow to drain from tub.
