Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile Airport-University Area

Staff was great!

The property is old and the room smelled terrible and was disgusting. I am also fairly certain my sheets were not changed.

Excellent

Exceptional

The cost, breakfast, and location. The room was showing signs of aging, automan was falling apart, there were pest dropping in the cabinets, hair in the bathtub, and the A/C unit blew excessively and loudly when it turned on.

The location was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! The place needs a dehumidifier. Everything felt wet. I had to throw away the socks I wore that had touched the rug because they were damp and disgustingly dirty. In the living room area, I killed about 20 flying insects.

Exceptional

Dirty diaper in my room, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, and there was an ant infestation

Exceptional

Great property with a friendly, professional staff!

I was so thankful for John, who checked us in at the desk. I mentioned I have really bad allergies and would hopefully be able to have a room that hasn’t had pets for awhile. He took the time to find the one that had not had them the longest! So helpful. All the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Workout room was clean. Definitely would stay here again

Superb

Only stayed 1 night and then headed to the airport

The furniture in the room was worn and fraid. The bed matress and pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. We were disappointed that both the shampoo and shower soap ran out, there was no hair dryer in the room and the fridge rubber seal was broken. Staff corrected the hairdryer and shampoo issues, but this is basic stuff that shouldn't happen in the first place.

The fact that I was in a suite that was right in front of the hotel where I heard all the noise from people talking to doors opening and closing, also some banging noise early and in the morning.

Great but expensive

Staff was amazing

Good location, short drive to the airport

The handicap room plus it doesn’t have any dishes in the room

The place was comfortable and staff was wonderful. A lot of things were out dated. Furniture (material peeling off) no plates or fry pans to cook with. Minimum utensils to eat with. Outside of Hotel looks good but the rooms inside look dated. Carpet needs replaced (would suggest wood floors). Pet fee for a 12lb dog is ridiculous. For the cost of the place for 2 nights I could have stayed at a much better place.
