Nothing.....the place was closed down. The worst part is arriving at midnight and finding out you don't have a room. The place was literally CLOSED

Good location. Close to shopping and restaurants Very strong smell of cleaner or air freshener had to keep the window open to try to lessen the smell. Parking lot and other guests were a little loud

Location by freeway 99, across from Walmart, Winco, $ Tree. Entering the hotel noticed the filthy carpet, paint chipping off, moldy smell. Reception agent not sure where the room was, handed an old map. Hallways dark, barely lighted, no art work, plants. The room was dark, the curtain couldn’t be lifted, chain broken. In bringing up to front desk were informed none of their curtains go up, for “privacy reasons” ??? After being told “if you don’t like it go somewhere less, you’ll be fully refunded”, we did. Same evening got a call from the credit card fraud department informing the hotel ran a few charges which indeed were disputed. Long story short had to Cancel the credit card, took a few days to get the $ back on the card. In speaking with the manager after a few days, she apologized, admitted the photos on social media are NOT reflecting the true condition of the hotel, saying others have complained about, offered a disc if decided to go back. NEVER again!

The stay was amazing the lady at the front desk I think her name was Makenzie something like that she was extremely outgoing and helpful I wish more people were like her in this world. She deserves a raise for sure Best ever

Nothing Everything. The hotel is not very clean. The courtyard/smoking area has no ashtray or trash can, an abandon pond with green water & bugs. The guest laundry is expensive & the dryer takes forever to dry your clothes (1:10 minutes to dry medium load). The rooms aren't much better. Was charged $50 for a towel & wash cloth they say were stained (but never showed me the damage) The day after checkout I was charged $250 because they said I smoked in the room when I did not. Say they can't rent the room for 7 days. At first they said there were ashes on the counter then they said the room smelled of smoke. The staff is very rude. I will never stay at that place again.

Hard to get up in the morning. I also like that everything is walking distance from restaurants to stores. The only thing i did not like was the cobwebs in the ceiling.

Breakfast is ok. This establishment in Modesto doesn't keep up on there repairs or maintenance in there rooms that need it. I've had to change rooms a few times when I've stayed there.

Mostly clean and location. Breakfast was better than I expected A lot of repairs needed. Blinds and coffee pot and two lights were broken in my room alone. The view of the courtyard that isn’t being worked on but is in total need of some basic yard cleanup was ugly.

Close to several restaurants, large rooms. Noisy because of the AC and because it’s close to the highway.

Very good Breakfast, location excellent Just the microwave in the room not work well.

Location Dog pop in courtyard , smelled like weed and there was cockroach’s I noticed in the morning. It looked like it was abandoned from outside

That it was close to stores I saw 3 roaches in the shower that made me very uncomfortable
