Clean room. The beds were conforable

Overall it had value! Parking and location off the interstate was convenient. Seemed like the manager tried to handle too many jobs to keep everything running well. Breakfast could be improved!

The outside temp was in the 90's and the hotel doors were propped open, making for incredibly humid and hot lobby and hallways. As soon is I entered the lobby I was overtaken by the smell of mold and mustiness. Apparently they pro the doors open regularly because the ceiling was covered in spiderwebs and large spiders. The air in my room was not working properly and had to be set at 60° to get it to cool down at all. Upon opening the curtains in my room, I noticed the heat/ac unit lined with mold, as was the wallpaper between the unit and the window. It ran the entire length of the unit and about 6" in height. I'm allergic to mold so I asked the gentleman at the front desk for a mold-free room. The other room he showed me also had mold all along the heat/ac unit. I said I'd have to check out and find a new hotel because of my allergies. He quickly obliged my request and refunded my money. This hotel is not worthy of the Best Western name. It had mold, peeling wallpaper, filthy carpets, was in dire need of new paint, and needed new air conditioning units. The only positive was the helpfulness of the front desk attendant.

This hotel shows its age. The air struggled to keep up with the current heatwave. The breakfast was mediocre, by any measure. The room and bathroom were clean.

The room did not have good ventilation. Everything felt damp.

Overall, this is an ok place to stay however you can tell the area is starting to rundown. The front doors on the lobby were broken and were standing open in the middle of a 90 deg day. The card reader for the side door did not work so you had to go through the lobby. Last but not least was the weeds growing around in the landscaping that gives the place an unkept feel.

Upon arrival the front doors to the hotel were broken - left open the entire time we were there. The lobby and hallways were 90+ degrees at all times. The air quality was unhealthy, there were flies everywhere and the heat in the common areas was overwhelming. Not to mention the safety aspect that ANYONE, ANYTIME could enter the hotel. The front desk usually had no one there. Completely unsafe and unhealthy. No one made any effort to get the door fixed or closed. The hotel should not have been allowed to be open like this. Was not able to eat the "breakfast" in lobby due to the heat and flies. Couldn't address at checkout as it appeared the only staff in hotel was a housekeeper. Worried the entire time about safety as no one was at front desk to monitor and anyone off the street could enter anytime due to the broken, left open doors. Would not stay here again.

This place needs a a major remodeling! The carpet was dirty, the area for breakfast was dirty and there wasn’t much food out for breakfast. Didn’t feel safe eating anything there. When we arrived we couldn’t find anyone to check us in and left then came back. The rating on this hotel was extremely misleading and I’m surprised it is a Best Western. I would not stay here again.

Great experience for a weekend softball tournament stay where you’re spending your time at the ball field and need a place to rest at the end of a long day. Great place with a great $ deal

Staff were friendly but inattentive. We weren't able to use the swimming pool because it was closed at 9:00 p.m. Breakfast options were limited and poorly organized.

Smallest queen beds I ever slept on. Breakfast was just ok
-
It was a fine stay.

Staff was very kind. Room was very clean and ready for our arrival. Check out was a breeze. Would stay again.

It waz ok

Good breakfast clean room

How does this show up with a rating of 8? No way. I booked it relying on the rating and that was a mistake. It was above 90° outside and the lobby doors are wide open letting in all that heat. The lobby and hallways were hot and humid. The room would barely cool down. The neighborhood was listed as quiet because it’s so run down. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND BOOK THIS ONE.
-
The room had water spots on the ceiling the sink drain leaking had to be fixed during the stay. The room needed to be updated the staff lives there and it looks like a dump!

For the price, can't beat it (especially compared to some neighboring competitors in the area). We will stay here again.
