As soon as I arrive I was hoping my GPS was wrong. The parking lot was poorly maintained and to make it worse, there was a storm, so the parking lot quickly turned into one huge puddle. The building didn't even look like the photos at all. When I walked in the front door hinge was loose. It smelled horrible and looked the same way it smelled. The front desk was beat up and chipped all over, I hope the room was better but as me and my kids walked through the hall, we could feel how damp the carpet was the whole way to the the 2ed floor and it was dark and poor lighting, I thought the carpet was black but that was just how dirty it was. When we got the the room, at first glance it didn't look so bad but after a few steps in you could see repeatedly touched places and filth built up to show finger prints on all doors and black spots and some type of residue on the walls, dresser, edges of the sink and door frames. Everywhere you looked you'd see something else. I found black fuzz all over the bedding and the curtains were broken. The bathroom was probably the worse, you could see scum built up, mold in the tiles and the shower curtain has strange marking on them. If I could have afforded to losing out money, I wouldn't have stayed. Also no wash or dryer as advertised but with the condition of the place, I would have been afraid to use. Also the bathroom door you had to use force to open and close and the closet door was broken. I left as fast as possible!!

Room clean. Good water pressure worth the money

Bed was comfortable

Inside smelled of cigarette smoke, even though no smoking was not allowed. Room looked clean…. But sheets were stained on 3 of the 4 beds, one bathroom was filthy. The other had mold all along the bottom of shower curtain. The tub had 6” of water in the bottom after a 10 minute shower. Removed drain plug before I even got in the shower still didn’t drain well. Floor in bathroom was only clean in center, lots of dirt and dust under sink and along walls. Puddle of water under tv stand, huge lack of outlets for charging devices. No mention of pool being closed, a big reason we chose this establishment. Breakfast area only had 8 tables sitting for 2 at each. Waiting for a table to eat is not an option for travelers.

The property was in disrepair and looked nothing like the pictures online. Rotting wood on the outside and when you walked in you could smell this was a pet friendly hotel. The staff was very nice and got us checked in with no issues. Getting to our room was confusing as there was no room number on the wall. Inside the room the mirror in the bathroom had a film on it and there were candy wrappers under the beds and a dead bug in the picture hanging on the wall. We decided to take a walk to see the amenities and the pool area was closed and the grounds looks like there had been no landscaping in quite some time. To top it all off while we were walking through the hall another guest had growled at us through their door which was very odd. I will not be staying here again.

This La Quinta is really trying! We stayed here years ago and it was a mess but recently it is much cleaner and the exterior has new paint!

I am extremely disappointed. What you see online is not what you will experience in person. First, the pool is abandoned as if no one has used or maintained it. Second, the hallway rugs are musty and dirty. Third, the bathroom tub water does not go down and the tub is dirty. 4th there is a lot of dust in the room specially under the bed. Finally the breakfast barely has any options and wasnt fresh.

Ants in the room. Shower was disgusting. Not a good experience. Couldn't wait to leave.

Nice staff

You get what you pay for. Clean bedding and towels; property is in terrible shape. Only one spoke English, so communication is difficult.

The hallways were very dark. The carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty. The room smelled like smoke. Would not recommend.
-
And I'm not here to complain, but overall, that hotel needs a lot of work to update the amenities.

The price was great. The facility was clean. Staff was excellent. Location was great. Our room was very good. The distance from restaurants was excellent. The breakfast. The eggs were not good. The coffee was not good. There were no bagels. Could there be some kind of breakfast meat? No swimming pool.

Mold in the bathroom, I couldn’t even take a shower, hallways were dingy and carpet were stained, and it smelt musty. I even left early. I was supposed to stay two days, but I only stayed for one night slept on top of the sheets. I’ve never seen a hotel. This bad I left early got a hotel right down the street for one night at the park and it was night and day difference. I would go to the spark by Hilton. They also didn’t give me my $100 back which I had to pay a $100 deposit and they took that.

CLEAN ROOMS, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, PARKING RIGHT OUTSIDE MY ROOM WINDOW, THE BEDS WERE VERY CLEAN, THE POOL WASN'T IN WORKING ORDER, BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME.

Despite the signs saying this property was smoke free, everywhere smelled like an ash tray. The shower sprayed water everywhere so that we couldn't use it without water ending up even on the mirror and vanity. The tub was pulling away from the wall as well and the floor was not clean. The sheets also seemed to be one step short of having holes. While the staff was nice there was no professionalism in their dress code. The lady at the desk was wearing sweatpants, t-shirt and house shoes when we checked out. The one redeeming factor was the breakfast. Thank God for the wafflemaker.

Filthy. Misguided by the pictures posted on their website. It looked nothing like that. It looked like it was probably a place that prostitutes stayed. Very unsanitary
