Hampton Inn & Suites Moline-Quad City Int'l Aprt

I will always choose a Hampton Inn when possible. It is a hotel that I can rely on to have clean and updated rooms. What I didn't care for with the Moline airport Hampton Inn was the front desk staff. The couple of interactions I had with them, they seemed indifferent to helping/answering questions. When checking out, the front desk person could barely look up. I had wanted to connect my stay to my Hampton Inn points but due to her lack of eye contact and she didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered, I just turned in my keys and left. I will probably stay at the property again due to the close proximity to family, but I hope that next time the staff is friendlier.

Only one thing I was disappointed is that I couldn't watch the world cup soccer on the FOX channel.

I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)

Easy to walk to from terminal and nicely run operation

It was comfortable and quiet Garbage at the entrance and around the coffee bar

I noticed and appreciated the efforts to have less waste, using less plastic and other environmentally friendly choices. This was true for soaps and such as well as at the breakfast choices.

Awesome place to stay, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was clean, neat and the staff were very amazing.

Everything about the room was good. Room was nice and clean, no damage and a good size. Staff was very nice. I was however not recognised for my membership status until I said something. I was looking forward to enjoying the hot tub but there were kids in there till close. Also, the breakfast was a little dissappointing. The only hot food options were sausage and eggs.
