Take pride in your work.

We booked 2 rooms and arrived late at night with young children. First off, the elevator was not functioning, which isn’t great when you have to lug all your stuff up and down stairs. One room reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Then the other room’s air conditioner was not functioning. We requested 2 new rooms. Then again, the new rooms we were given did not have a functioning bathtub or television. Unfortunately we were placed next to seasonal workers who had no respect for other hotel guests and were loud outside our room late into the night, even after we had asked them to be quieter. After being in 4 different rooms, one wonders if there are any in this hotel that are fully functioning. One plus was the respectful and accommodating staff. However, we requested a partial refund from the manager of the hotel due to the room issues we encountered. We were promised we would receive something, but have yet to receive anything.

Remodeling in process. Kind people.

If you are staying near the Moline airport, go across the street and stay with Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton Inn. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe and the shuttle back from the airport to get my car took an hour.

Nothing!! My experience was terrible; those rooms had bedbugs. I told the person in the office that I wasn't going to stay there because one of my children had been bitten by a bedbug. They said they would give me a refund, but it was a complete lie. When I spoke to them later, they said that since I booked through Booking.com, *you* should be the ones to refund the money. It’s sad that they aren't people of their word. We booked three rooms that day; it was an awful experience, and I will never stay at those hotels again!

The room stuck of old musty smell. The hotel was under construction, but didnt see any improvements or updates in the room we stayed. We were traveling west to east coast and want a place to sleep and clean up, was a C at.most

The rooms were clean and staff was good the guy in the morning was on top of everything . Kept the food fill up and worn gloves all the time.
-
Second time visiting this place I was really impressed first time room was clean newly renovated and second time I was not impressed the room was dirty with stains on chairs , mold in a/c unit and peeling paint in tub and walls I do believe they are trying to remodel but they should know when you are a returning customer

I would never stay here again.

Not well maintained. Could use a deep cleaning.
-
Staff were nice our room had a new surround bath and floor. No smells. Breakfast was hot food.
-
It was good just needed a spot to rest on a cross country work trip for a few hours
-
It was a great value for the price, clean and comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was decent. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got a handicap accessible room that was good for me. It's an old motel. The current owners seem to be working to bring everything up to date, but in the meantime, there are some damaged places, like the elevator wasn't working this weekend.

It was clean and staff was friendly, breakfast was good Old and falling apart, area seemed sketchy
-
n and close tv not working We had to pay another 65 dollars because I had asked for two queen bed and they put us in a room with one bed
-
Property is being upgraded so we kept that in mind but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We did appreciate the larger refrigerator than most hotels and having a small microwave in room was a pleasant surprise and useful. The breakfast was not huge but included warm food and was much more than “continental style”. We were very satisfied.
