Beautiful location. Lovely staff. I would have given this property a 10 except for one very important thing. The mattress on the pull out couch was terrible! I had back pain the entire time I was there. I recommend strongly that this mattress be replaced. It’s a shame because everything thing else was perfect.

The people running the place are kind, attentive and honest. Love the place! Great pool and breathtaking water views of Block Island Sound! A hot tub would be a nice addition.

Right on the beach; nice, big clean pool. Staff fruebdly and helpful. Would like to book for nextt year the same time--cannot get an answer on their phone and website only is taking reservations for this summer. Please advise. Thank you Cindy McGrath (610) 269-0305 pool did not open until 10 a.m. I like to swim at 8:00 before breakfast.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I really enjoy coming back. The hotel is always clean, the staff is respectful and friendly, and I’ve always been given a room with a beautiful view of the bay, which is definitely a plus. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely come back again!

The location was very close to the beach. The hotel was very clean. I loved that it had a pool.

Nice location and comfortable bed. Very clean. Room was extremely small. No way to get to the water from the property. No hand soap in the bathroom. No Sharp knife in the kitchen, no beach chairs, no beach towels. I had to go out and buy all those things.

Had a great stay! Easy check in and had everything we need right there. Gorgeous views loved the back area seating.

It’s very clean, good location, beach view is nice. But the back door locker was not working, it’s too dangerous. That was room 108, the back door (facing to the pool) locker should be fixed at once. Also, the sofa bed should be changed, it couldn’t support two people.
