The staff were outstanding and helped me recover some personal items we left behind quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was simple, but good.
-
We really enjoyed the Fire and Oak restaurant… especially our bartender, Michelle, and our server Luz !!

Very surprised there was no coffee available 24/7. And when it was available, I had to pay Starbuck prices!
-
Free breakfast (if you book it) was excellent - counter/sit-down service with options like eggs or French toast (or cold options). Room was spacious and comfortable. Didn’t try the bar/restaurant but it seemed nice. Could have used more comfy pillows but that’s a slight nitpick.
-
Parking charges and clear bathroom doors.

The staff was absolutely amazing here. This seems like almost an upscale service. They have a very gorgeous and excellent, excellent restaurant next-door. The food was amazing. Concierge was very nice. They assure that I knew where I was going, and when I was ready to leave, they made the checkout process quick

The staff were excellent and overall my 3 night stay was good. I had a hard time getting tea bags for my in-room tea and coffee service. Toilet paper is flimsy and not good.
-
The property was clean and location was great.

Great checkin service. Bar staff was great and restaurant was amazing.

The room was very clean

Even though we did not eat at the hotel, it's nice having that available. Did not like desk clerk asking if I desire room service. Should be done always every day. Yes. It was difficult to control the AC in the room. I don't think the wall control was connected to unit by window. It took a long time to be cool enough to sleep comfortably. I also think parking in this location should be included in price.
-
It was 96 degrees and humid and the AC is so old and nonfunctioning that even after they moved my room, the AC did not work properly and the room stayed at 78 degrees the entire time. I intend to escalate to Expedia for a refund. I had to find a different hotel for my second night. And the whole place needs a renovation.

They have a great fitness center.

We parked to eat at the restaurant, checked in after dinner and the car that brought me to the hotel left, hence no car was parked overnight. Yet, the hotel charged $16 to park a vehicle overnight. When I had checked in they never said there was a vehicle charge—had they I would have told them the car was leaving. When I attempted to dispute the charge, they refused and said it was automatic. I have travelled all over the world and I have never had a hotel not be transparent about a parking fee. Moreover, they were charging $7 for a small bottle of water for a room that cost almost $300 per night. Very disappointed in this Marriott.

Location Not so friendly staff, thought deceptive
-
-Good location -Nice property -Parking -National brand -Mostly clean ---------------------- Cons - -$15 parking fee per night despite being in the suburbs -$6 per small water bottle in the room -Hair on the bed and on the Pillow indicating lax cleaning standards. -Just one regular and one decaff coffee sachet. Just one sugar packet. On day two coffee sachet were replenished but sugar, creamer and stirrer were missing - which, in all fairness, were promptly brought to the room - but when you are paying almost $200+ a night and being given $6 bottle of water and charged $15 parking per night, one expects at the very least flawless service which was not the case. -No bellhop to help you with your luggage
-
Location and room size. No sound proof walks between rooms and corridors.
-
when I got in the room was full of bugs (e.g., mosquitos, beetles, gnats, ants) from an open window and front desk and corporate refused to help or let me check out without being charged for two nights.
