Clean room, nice sized TV, comfortable beds, fill sized bath products, plenty of tissues, lots of parking, good nightly rate, near lots of restaurants. No free breakfast, no fridge or microwave in room, room was very far from check in, no bathtub in room. But nothing too major to be upsetting.

The room was clean We were put in a room with two beds when we paid for a king. Upon request, we were moved to a handicap room as that is all that was available. The staff was rude and not apologetic. The food at the included breakfast was bland. The service at breakfast was horrible, we could barely get coffee and water.

Bed was very comfortable. The carpeting on the third floor reeked due to water damage. Also due don’t care for the conference/event of hundreds of Hasidic Jews and their judgmental glares at my wife.

Breakfast was not good. Limited buffet selection and food was cold and not very good. Poor breakfast. Not very good restaurant selections for either lunch or dinner
