What use is a kitchen with no utensils or plates or cutlery? What use is a refrigerator with a feezer if there is no ice made? Apparently you ask for each of these (not ice) from the front desk which may take awhile and arriving at night means there is a bed, a bathroom, and not much else. Other people I met were staying longer and didn’t expect much.

Friendly staff and Flexibility! I had to asked for room change, due to smell of cigarette smoke in the room room (room # 201).

The floor was so disgusting that I gave it 1 star for everything. There were dust bunnies everywhere and lots of dirt pieces on the floor. As soon as I walked in the room, my shoes had that sticky feeling and I even saw a bug. The hallways had dirt all over the floor if you pay attention to it! I NEVER stayed at a hotel where I refused to walk barefoot. Do not stay here, not worth the cheap cost.

The location was fine The room and the whole hotel smelled like pure cigs my clothes still smell like smoke The door next to my room being slammed the whole night Asked for a late checkout. Called the front desk at around 9 am said I can stay till 12 . What did I get a call at 11 and at 11:30 got a knock on my door. How did I get to rest ? Next door dog barking It was just not good couldn’t see the sign outside off the highway covered in trees and hardly lit The bed had hair the bathroom has hair in the tub I can continue going

Everything All the drains were clogged i had to wait an extended period for it to drain especially the bathroom basin. I reported it and it should have been fixed the next day but i left eatfor an event and came in late. So i know they would have fixed it once i was one becuase i was just there for 3 days

Room was not ready on arrival 430pm. Bathroom was a mess

Kitchen area was small, shower small, and breakfast was wrapped mini muffins and instant oatmeal. Why did they show photos of free breakfast with boiled eggs and danishes. Since I had room on first floor ,I could not open the window curtains because the parking spaces were right there. When I walked to visit the front desk dirty towels were in a pile in the hallway - Why would you do that ? I would never stay here again.

Young gentleman at check-out in was very professional and very nice and helpful!

finding the location from the cumo bridge, close to impossiable.

Decent prices (especially for the area) really not a helpful staff at all (very rude manager) but nice rooms with kitcheonettess

Hotel employee and the whole staff have been amazing.. I will definitely be recommending this place everyone i know. Love staying here and will definitely be coming back..

Location, price. I just wish that they would pay more attention to coffee cream ( was empty) provide water, juice and ice. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were missing. Need to put more effort into small treats. Details make a huge difference.
