Every staff member I encountered during my overnight stay was beyond friendly and helpful. Not only that, it was clean. There was always someone cleaning the lobby. They had a table of water bottles to grab, which was so helpful! The location was also super convenient too.

I have to stay in this area every weekend from May through July and this is my favorite hotel I’ve tried. Keep the prices low and I’ll stay there every time.

The property was exceedingly clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the luxuriously soft bed. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of warm and cold food options. And the lobby was always stocked with bottled water, bananas, and tasty coffee! The room was very quiet, with the exception of the loud and frequent tapping sound of the condensation from the air conditioning unit above dripping onto our windowsill. I also would have preferred more than the one small window, although the view was only to a busy thoroughfare. We were also given the wrong (much bigger) room at check-in, and it was a terrible nuisance to change rooms.

The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh and delicious. The coffee available throughout the day was very much appreciated. Learned only our second day in that there is EV charging at the back of the property. It was very, very hot so the water and bananas available in the foyer were also very much appreciated as they kept us hydrated and potassium levels up.

This is our go-to motel when having fun in Manhattan. Conveniently located on Rt 17, always super clean, courteous staff and more than adequate breakfast ,especially as compared to other competitors, of which there are many. Nothing fancy but solidly good
