This is our go-to motel when having fun in Manhattan. Conveniently located on Rt 17, always super clean, courteous staff and more than adequate breakfast ,especially as compared to other competitors, of which there are many. Nothing fancy but solidly good

Room A/C had fan on option which was great for sleeping. Maybe shower head could have been a little better but overall, I was very satisfied.

The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because of the teeny tiny bathroom.

The friendliness of the staff and the food was okay. There was a lot of variety to choose from. Also they have water available to the customers at no charge as well as things people may forget like forks. plates, coffee, tea...etc. I was clean and the rooms did not smell stale. The only this I didn't like was one of the housekeeping ladies was rude and when spoken to she just looked at us with a scowl on her face. This was on my first day there. There was no pool either and I wished we had one.

Loved the friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, and convenient location! The only weird part was the sink being right at the entrance of room. which was a first for me. It's a bit loud/disruptive if you need to use it in the middle of the night while others are sleeping.

Staff interactions great. Andre afternoon desk personnel was polite helpful with directions etc. When I returned greeted me and asked how my party was.

It was our second visit to this hotel and the hotel is neat, clean and centrally located for visiting the area.
