Best Western The Inn at Ramsey-Mahwah

Room was clean. I asked for more towels and was told to wait until morning. The restaurant was closed and not the restaurant that was listed on this site. Instead of a pub, it was an Indian restaurant and not open. I booked the room with a bar/restaurant so we wouldn’t need to drive on a holiday weekend. Most concerning was the security doors did not work so a push allowed anyone access. Disappointed, but glad the room was clean and the jetted tub was nice

The staff was good and helpful. Plenty of free parking. I think the carpet needs to be changed and the floor needs to be fixed because it's not level.

This is a dump that's going downhill fast. Staff is annoying. Hallways smell. Amenities don't work in rooms. They need to drop their prices a lot or fix this place up. gross.

Rooms are worst building is old doors are cranky cannot lock the washroom door entrance door slams with high noise never stay in this hotel again even if it is free the only good part in it is their staff very helpful always pass smiles and try to help as much as they can but rest of things is just waste of money and ruin your vacation.

they didn't have towels for me to use during my workout at the gym. the front staff didn't even have paper towels. I just used some paper towels from the bathroom next to the gym to wipe down the machines after my workout

Our room was 101. The door to the lobby, breakfast area and parking lot was right outside our door. It banged all last night…. Opening and closing at least 25 times. Did not sleep

Condition of the room and hotel was disappointing - much evidence of damage that was left unattended.

I was visiting family so I did not get to use the breakfast option, but it did smell good and from what I could tell, it was a nice offering. My only concern was when I was sitting in the comfy in-room chair, I look at the base of the bed and seen stain that was alarming. I just wish it wasn't like being covered up instead of being cleaned up more. Granted it might have been cleaned to its highest, but I wouldn't know.

Two of the tiles in the bathroom were falling out, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling surrounded by mold, there was no fire detector in room. There were just wires sticking out of the wall.

Price Shower drain was blocked and not sound proof.

L'hôtel est bien situé, le petit déjeuner était bon. Le climatiseur est très brouillant et les tapis sont pas propres ni au couloir ni dans les chambres, ça nécessitent un vrai ménage. Le personnel sont gentils, ya pas de borne pour recharger des voitures électriques, et l'établissement utilisent tout des ustensiles, des verres et des assiettes jetables, je trouve ça triste en 2026, ils génèrent beaucoup de déchets malheureusement... à revoir

Don't book here- rooms smell like mold and the bathrooms also have molds in them. We had to get another hotel because of how bad the smell was. Looks nothing like the pictures.
