Services was great

When we arrived at 9:30 PM we were informed our reservation had been canceled. They canceled our reservation without notice. We arrived after traveling over 12 hours and were informed our room was not available. They told us they tried to call and email. They did not. They lied. They sent us to another hotel that was not near where we needed to be

This property did not hold a room for me- notified me by email the day of my arrival (while I was traveling), did not arrange for another hotel place to keep me so that when I did arrive- I had to find another place on my own

It was beautiful and scenic, multiple activities for the family We ordered a king size bed but they gave us a queen

Quiet and peaceful location, spacious rooms, good breakfast.

The breakfast was pretty average. There was one bar of soap in the room and the shower body wash was plugged up. Additional supplies were brought up several hours after the request. The room we booked for a king bed early was sold out, but they subbed a queen and a studio or the same price at the last minute. It was all a little below the expected Marriott standards, but okay.

Helpful staff. No shops within walking distance but you can find one within 5-10 minutes drive. Quiet environment. Laundry in building. You may need coins ($2 for washing $2 for 60 minutes drying) Coins available at registration lobby.

Nice property. Only drawback was separate buildings. We crossed courtyard while raining for breakfast.

The room was clean, good choice of breakfast and the staff was friendly.

overall experience was great and the residential like space w/ full kitchen is really nice.. but there was takeout left in both the fridge and freezer from the previous guest which made me question how much of the rooms are cleaned between reservations...

Tv in main room did not work No towels in bathroom. Had to use a kitchen dish towel Tried calling the desk but the phone was dead Snowed overnight and had long walk back to the car Mistakenly booked and paid for two rooms Was told at the desk that they could do nothing about. Was between Booking and me As a business traveler with hundreds of Marriott stays over 40 years on Fortune 200 companies, this was absolute the worst experience of my travel life This is not hyperbole. It actually happened as reported Martin Kenney Response of desk personnel Broken or nonexistent amenities No towels No tv in main room No operative phone to reach the desk Alarm didn’t work

Location House keeping

Staff was collecting trash around building, keep arond clean.

The hot water was not working correctly, we reported it to three different people but I still ended up taking cold showers

On my exit I was asked for a 10 dollar parking fee ! I have stayed at this site in the past and never asked for a fee !

The room was very comfortable and clean The water, it was not warm. Shower would not get hot at all so I was cold taking a shower
