Room nice and clean, appears updated, but water Faucet too short and needs replacing

Very clean, renovated property in a convenient location with helpful staff. Will definitely return.

Only certain channels worked on the TV and maintenance couldn't fix it. Housekeeping asked me if I needed service, she replaced a towel and dumped the trash but didn't make the bed

The breakfast was very good. Dog friendly. Helpful staff nice rooms.

I was having difficulties finding my Hotel. My GPS was sending me in circles. I called the hotel and Anthony helped me by giving me better directions. He far exceeded expectations.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is your usual continental breakfast. It was good and worth it. I checked in around 3:30pm and the gentleman was not very welcoming. I interacted with him again upon checkout and he was just rude in a sense. Like it bothered him that customers were talking to him. But Jan I think was her name was so nice and helpful. Complete opposite. I would definitely stay again. It’s also in great location close to restaurants and various store.

The staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. They are pet friendly and had waste stations outside. The area has lots of food options. If I could critique the room, the TV/ remote is "outdated". It wasnt a smart TV. I couldnt stream or screenshare. But they did have basic cable and a bluetooth radio.

The price was reasonable. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly! Nothing. Everything was wonderful!

Clean, helpful friendly staff, waffles and hot breakfast, good coffee, handy parking. We were there for softball 21 minutes away so for us it was perfect.

The breakfast was decent all days. The choices were the same pretty much every day on the hot breakfast. It was acceptable though.

Never book room 107 … there’s a window in there that blares into the room at all hours. At night time when you’re trying to sleep it’s bright as a Sunday afternoon!! And we were literally right next to the pool it was so much commission from them going in & out we could hardly watch tv. We wanted to sleep in but all we kept hearing was every single person coming and going to the check out laughing & carrying on … Breakfast was eaten up by a team of players who left NOTHING. The indoors “warm pool” was freezing and the left the outside doors open all day & night letting all the nice warm air out?? No towels in the pool area & the kids be acting crazy!! We had one squirt us in the head just for giggles (we don’t even know them like that!!) my key stoped working for our room twice while we were there & front desk is as slow as a sloth … we must of came on a crazy weekend ?!?

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short of expectations. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, and the pool area appeared to be in rough condition and in need of maintenance. Breakfast was also a letdown. By the time we arrived, many items had run out, the waffle machine was broken, and there were no plates or silverware available. While the staff made a positive impression, the condition of the property and breakfast experience would make it difficult for us to stay here again.
