Hampton Inn & Suites Moore

The room was clean. The bed was acceptable but kinda hard. Shower was great. I paid through Hotels.com and when I checked in they had in their system that I had paid less and wasn’t my card that I used. There were 2 other people that they had messed up their payment source.

The room was very clean, there was a mini fridge and microwave. Bed sheets were clean, bathroom was very clean and has soaps already in the shower. The only thing about the room I didn't like was the bed was slightly uncomfortable but other than that it was great!

Staff was friendly.. room a little outdated. Need a place to hang towels. Back entrance door broken so if you parked in back you had to walk all the way around to front of hotel. Breakfast was ok.

No problems during the stay, felt safe and rested well here. Room itself was good, clean and well maintained. Mattress not as comfy as the usual Hampton Inn, this is obviously a franchise and not corporate property. Hallway carpets need cleaning, outside trash overflowing.

Good staff, clean room & good breakfast.

The beds were super hard. If you want a soft comfortable bed, this is not the place to stay. I hardly slept because the bed was so hard. Also, they have an issue with hot water. I was told that we had to let the water run for 15-20 minutes before we could get hot water. Ridiculous.

The Hotel upon arrival was clean and inviting, The carpets in the hall, on the floor where our room was located, were very stained in more than one place. Also, upon entry to the room, there was a very stale smell, which did not dissipate when the AC temp was lowered. The room and bathroom were clean. The King bed was made up with a top sheet that barely reached from one edge of the top of the bed to the other. The bed was very hard and caused my shoulders and back to hurt. It was the least comfortable bed of all the hotels I have stayed in when I come to the Norman /OKC area, which is about 5 times a year and some years more than 5.

I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area.

The check in was great , the young Man at the desk was polite and very helpful. Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet.

It is a normal hotel but, in the rooms they are pushing for a tip. In The breakfast area they are pushing for a tip. Tipping is out of control. If this is the new standard for Hampton inn then I won’t stay at any more Hampton inns. They should pay their staff. Also the breakfast finishes too early. All retired people don’t wake at the crack of dawn. Breakfast.
