It has also been 4+ days since we check out and still waiting on them to release the $50 incidental charge. Kinda ridiculous! Worst of all, the Pool was closed. That should be listed when making reservations or the day before. People traveling with kids in the summer time rent a hotel with a pool to actually use it. There are a couple other properties in almost the same parking lot, I would try them if I had to go back to OKC. Disappointed ~

It was amazing

The location of the hotel was ideal to get to all the locations we played at. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff was great with all the teams in for the weekend. I didn’t like that I have to come down and get more towels so that we could shower the 2nd day we were there.

Our stay was great we had a King Room and a Queen Room, both were very clean and comfortable.

The room and property was well kept and very clean. The breakfast was awesome. Very goid foid, great set up, easy to get the foid. Tables were clean.

We stayed for 6 nights for a baseball tournament. The hotel was really great. The room was lovely - we had a large king room with a sofa bed. Was a really great base for us for the week. The tournament wrapped early and so we changed our booking and left a day early and there were no issues changing our plans. The breakfast was good - what you would expect. Not much around the hotel (other hotels, SBux, Braun etc) but we used this as a base anyway so didn’t matter. Would recommend the hotel.

It is pricey for what they offer

My room smelled. The pool area was hot and felt like chlorine burning my eyes just sitting by the pool. Gym AC was broken so hot.

Beds were hard. Staff was great. Breakfast great.

Awesome in all ways

Turkey sausage is not good. You should provide an opinion first those of us who eat pork as well as those who don’t.

The room was clean. The bed was acceptable but kinda hard. Shower was great. I paid through Hotels.com and when I checked in they had in their system that I had paid less and wasn’t my card that I used. There were 2 other people that they had messed up their payment source.

The room was very clean, there was a mini fridge and microwave. Bed sheets were clean, bathroom was very clean and has soaps already in the shower. The only thing about the room I didn't like was the bed was slightly uncomfortable but other than that it was great!
