Quality Inn Moore - Oklahoma City

Our room was on the first floor it had white And black mold i had to go to dollar general to buy bleach and spray the walls to kill it off. Ac leaked so bad the floor was super wet almost all the way up to the TV fridge etc. smelled like curry all through the hotel i can keep going but heck you get the gist

Everything about our stay was great and the staff were extremely friendly!

Clean and convenient

Clean and quiet. O was only there one night and didn't use the pool. Rooms had a fridge. Staff were nice. I didn't try the breakfast, but regular coffee was available all day and there was a coffee maker in the room.

Good for the price in the area.

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn in Moore, Ok. Location was great with all the stores and food eateries close and nearby. The price was great.

Air conditioner worked fine but it was extremely noisy. Our last day (5/19), we had our vehicle broeninto. (Not your fault), but security cameras do not cover the entire property so the criminals got away with it. While we were dealing with this, the staff closed up and put away the morning’s breakfast, knowing we could not go elsewhere for breakfast. I will not recommend this site to others.

Location

The hotel was clean but very dated. The shower heads are very low so if you are any taller than 5'5 you may struggle. The shower did have plenty of hot water but made alot of noise in the plumbing when turned on. Staff was super nice, a ok hotel for the price.

Ac wasn't very good way to hott in our room

Absolutely TERRIBLE! We checked in on a Thursday, the "manager" was VERY clear that this is a no smoking property and asked us if we smoked. We don't so no big deal. We get up the elevator, which had dead bugs in the fixtures, and a foul smell hits my nose from the 2nd floor hallway, my partner didn't smell it so I tried to ignore it. As soon as we unlock the door, we notice a lingering smell of cigarettes in the bathroom and cigarette burns in the sheets. We let the front desk know so we can keep our deposit. Friday morning we get up and go downstairs at 6:15a as breakfast was served from 6a-9a. The sausage and eggs were left uncovered, were almost frozen and the orange juice was spoiled. The night "manager" was sitting on the couch just scrolling on his phone not paying attention to anything and didn't seem too concerned about his food being spoiled and frozen. We had somewhere to be so we didn't bring up our concerns until later that afternoon with a different staff member. When I came back from running errands, I went up stairs and tried to open my door but my key card was not working so I went downstairs and talked to the staff who continued to imply that I was lying to them when I told them that the key card never touched the back of my phone because they were in separate pockets the whole day so it was impossible for them to touch. She informed me that because I booked online through Expedia she could not issue a refund and they declined to provide a refund as well.

Clean room, quiet. No eggs for breakfast. Bed was rather hard.

Staff is hard to find, Breakfast is the same stuff cold and old. Sheets and towels stained.

Location No hot water complain to manager and said assume we were lying. Only one of got to take a shower and in the middle of my husband taking one it got cold.would recommend running the hot water before jumping into it

One safety concern we noticed was that the back door was never locked. It was always unlocked, so the key card wasn’t necessary to enter or exit. This felt like a security issue that should probably be addressed. The pool was also extremely cold, to the point that we didn’t end up using it. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, but the morning we didn’t see a breakfast attendant around. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The night attendant at check-in was fabulous — we needed extra shampoo and conditioner, and she was quick to help and very kind. The soda machines were unfortunately not working during our stay. We didn’t try the snack machine, so we’re not sure if that one was working. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but a few maintenance and safety items that would make the experience better.

Great service !

Room was clean, staff was nice. Toilet paper was awful, there are somethings you just shouldn’t skimp on.
