Springhill Suites by Marriott Moore

Room was not very clean (I had to clean the toilet seat). Carpets needed cleaning in the halls and in our room. General maintenance of the hotel was lacking.

We stay here twice a year for two weeks at a time for the past 12 years. The hotel is convenient to several fast food restaurants. We love the space in the rooms and the beds are comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff were so friendly!

Air conditioning was set to 60 when we arrived!!

Huge rooms with separate shower and toilet rooms. Great lighting and sitting area. Checked in late and took 15 minutes even know I was the only one there. Room smelled faintly of weed but checked in at midnight and didn’t complain. Breakfast was fair with minimal selection. Good price.

Clean and restful bedding

The room was very dated, smelled of mold and the furniture was falling apart. The phone in room 210 was not functional at all. There were lots of paint stains on the couch. I have been to several springhill suites and this was by far the worst one I have been to.

Close proximity to fast food and interstate On bedside lamp did not work, a glass shelf barely hanging in place, and a curtain rod barehanging on.

It was hard to see to put on makeup. Also bathroom door was frosted glass so it was not possible to leave the light on when sleeping. I like to have a light in case I need to get up during the night, but not too light. One of my key cards never worked despite having them “fix” it. When I asked for the card to be fixed, the desk person never even asked my name, just the room number. That was a bit worrisome.

It was good Nothing

Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. The room was clean for the most part. There was a few hairs on the bathtub but not many. Beds and pillows were comfortable

generally what I expected for the price point. nothing wrong with it but nothing overly exciting at the same time

Great potential, but it need a little TLC and a deep clean.
