It was a fine property, but you could tell it needed some updating. Breakfast was good and it is perfect for a large family. I just thought it seemed very used.

The A/C in the room was the only promising thing about this hotel. I was very disappointed with this hotel and would not stay here again. The entire property is in desperate need of renovation. Every carpet throughout the hotel should be replaced—they were worn, stained, and made the hotel feel unclean. The stairwells looked especially poor and in MAJOR need of carpet replacement!! The breakfast was poor with very limited options, and they didn’t even have coffee creamer available, which was frustrating. The lobby was also uncomfortable because the air conditioning wasn’t working. The room itself had several issues. The frosted glass bathroom door provided virtually no privacy, which was a terrible design choice. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel needs a complete remodel and much better upkeep. Unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or amenities

Visit was great we had very good experience and would stay again!!! Very friendly staff and rooms were stocked. Only thing we didnt Like was the Bathroom Doors not much privacy could see in doors for most part was sorta weird. If ur laying bed u see right in bathroom and shower rooms.

Old hotel. Bathroom antiquated. Bathtub very dangerous. One handhold in an awkward place. No bathtub mat and tub very slick. I’ll avoid Marriot hotels.

Great location with excellent staffing, service, and cleanliness!

Room was not very clean (I had to clean the toilet seat). Carpets needed cleaning in the halls and in our room. General maintenance of the hotel was lacking.

We stay here twice a year for two weeks at a time for the past 12 years. The hotel is convenient to several fast food restaurants. We love the space in the rooms and the beds are comfortable.

Air conditioning was set to 60 when we arrived!!

Huge rooms with separate shower and toilet rooms. Great lighting and sitting area. Checked in late and took 15 minutes even know I was the only one there. Room smelled faintly of weed but checked in at midnight and didn’t complain. Breakfast was fair with minimal selection. Good price.

Clean and restful bedding

The room was very dated, smelled of mold and the furniture was falling apart. The phone in room 210 was not functional at all. There were lots of paint stains on the couch. I have been to several springhill suites and this was by far the worst one I have been to.
