Comfort Inn & Suites Moore - Oklahoma City

Coffee maker was broken

Staff was friendly, thermometer was clean and comfortable. The locking mechanism on the door was in need of repair or replacement.

No ice available two floors, our TV did not work, and it was noisy. The television not working was the most frustrating part. We called the desk regarding the TV.

Location The sheets were dirty. There was no jacuzzi as advertised and the pool was not heated. The fridge was hot.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Loved the drive to I44 speedway and not having to get on a lot of busy roads. Close to Texas Roadhouse. Nothing

It was good Pop machine and ice machine o. Second floor did not work

Room was clean Breakfast wasn’t great. Ate elsewhere both mornings

It was clean it wasn’t super crowded even though it was a Parents weekend for OU. It was a good location and very quiet I never heard anyone walking or stopping or talking throughout the rooms. I didn’t like that we couldn’t make the complementary breakfast because it ended at nine

Excellent location and close to OU and excellent customer service especially Jamie. Needs to be updated and we didn’t get trash service or fresh towels

Exceptional

We didn't partake of the breakfast. Location was fine, near University of Oklahoma It was great.

Clean, pleasant, quiet, friendly Parking lot is narrow

The manager was training a new employee. I was so impressed with the way she was speaking to her and explaining things. The mark of a great manager. Both the manager and all the staff were very friendly. ITS was also clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast options were very poor
