Best Western Greentree Inn & Suites

One of the best rooms we have had so far!

Breakfast was fresh, hot, and balanced every morning we were there. Staff was helpful (especially with proactive communication on our part - such as arriving very late for check in). We have been there several times before with our dog, and is a good spot.

The entire hotel needs an upgrade, from wall paint, bedspreads, to bathroom shower. There were hair strands in my shower, chip and mold around the shower and shower curtain, even with the shower curtain closed the floor still got wet to a puddle, found a bug crawling up the tv stand, mattress a little hard/stiff, towels rough feeling

Two, the breakfast set up could’ve been better. It was a busy weekend, and it appeared that there was only one person trying to keep up with the demand, and many of us were on a tight schedule to be somewhere by a certain time. However, our overall experience was very good.

Spacious room and a comfortable king bed and full size fridge w/freezer. Love that the bedroom is separate and has a door. Registration & breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The housekeeper on our floor (3) didn’t like that I wanted to give her a bag of trash and wanted more soap. We didn’t need the full room cleaned just for that. I don’t know if they get paid by the room or what but she was very grumpy muttering under her breath. I didn’t get a replacement bag so we made due with a grocery bag. The sofa and desk chair have seen better days. If you want to watch both TVs you’ll have to asked for another remote.

Check in was easy, hotel was very busy and staff was being all stars.

First night All I Heard was kids running and jumping in the room above me. Reported it to staff and they moved me the next day. The 3rd night there was 2 males above my room that was fighting All night until 3 am. It was reported to the staff with no results or solutions done.

The bed was a bit firm. But the great staff made up for everything. Highly recommend.

AC was perfect! Bed was very comfortable! Clean! Friendly staff!

friendly check in,breakfast was good,room was clean,plenty of space we had the king suite with sofa bed,(sofa bed is small size big enough for a small child) it had everything we needed,full size fridge,2 closets,plenty of space

I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

It was fine. You can tell it was nicer at one time and thing have needed replaced. There was dust above by the sink on a ledge, the light was replaced but not repainted around the new one.. just minor things.

We stayed on our way back to Minnesota from Texas Nothing except the clock next to the bed said 4:30 instead of the correct time 1:30. We did not realize this until after we had showered and were ready to take a early departure. We decided to get on the road about 3 am and head for home

Everything was great, except all of the vending machines, on all three floors were out of order.

The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, powdered scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, waffles and muffins. The parking was adequate. I didn't notice any security cameras on the outside of the building. The carpeting throughout the rooms was old but cleaned daily. The air conditioning was old and made several noises when running. Told by staff that the A/C was old and that was just the way it would be.

The hotel gives you what you need: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and cool a/c for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was nothing spectacular- the coffee dispenser only provided watered-down coffee so I had to use the room's coffee maker. For one night only, the place was sufficient for us.

Clean property and friendly and helpful staff.

Came down from Kansas for the Luke Combs concert and this was the cheapest place I could find. I was expecting to get there and it be a bad experience but i was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The lobby was nice and clean and the lady who checked me in was nice and friendly. She got me checked in fast. The room was nice and spacious. The air conditioning worked magnificently and kept the room cold. When I got back from the concert my key wasn’t working and the guy at the front desk recoded my key but he checked my id first which made me feel good that he didnt just recoded my key without confirming it was actually me and my room. The whole place was very nice and super clean. Very quiet and far enough away from the highway that you aren’t kept up from the cars. For it being a place off the high way in a busy town I felt very safe for just me and my sister traveling alone. Many fast food and sit down restaurants right down the street. After being burned many times by online pictures and cheap hotel prices it was so refreshing to pull up and it actually be what the pictures showed. Will stay here again next time a come.
