Best Western Greentree Inn & Suites

I go back every year they are the best

It was very nice. The staff was nice, but the facility was just a little outdated.

The traffic noise from the freeway drove my wife nuts. I’m hard of hearing so it wasn’t bad for me, but it means we won’t be staying there in the future

My first floor room's sliding window was unlocked upon check in. I locked it the best I could but really felt someone could easily Jimmie the window open. Ok for one night.

Breakfast was great! Staff were vert efficient.

Poor

Very nice and accessible to exactly what we were looking for.

This hotel was okay, but is very outdated and in need of updating. Definitely didn't want to walk on the floors without shoes. Even though it is a non smoking hotel the room smelled like smoke and just overall the hotel didn't smell fresh. If we stay in the area again we will look for a different hotel for our needs.

Honestly this was a great little place. Room was awesome and was cool in 100 degree weather outside

A bit noisy at night with nearby highway traffic.

Great air conditioning, coffee was hot.

The room was hot when we checked in and had a strong cigarette smell. All the floors thur out the the hotel were dirty!!

Nice, comfortable and clean. I have stayed there twice and would stay again.

We were to breakfast just as it was closing and the ladies brought us out breakfast! They were so kind.

Staff was super nice! I got a room with 2 queen beds and one of them was visibly dirty. There was dirt or ashes on the sheets under the big comforter. I didn’t feel comfortable having my kids sleep in the bed so we all smooshed in the other one. There was also a door that looked like it lead to the room next door that had a very flimsy lock that was loose. That also made me feel uncomfortable.

Pleasant

Good for a quick weekend trip
