Best Western Greentree Inn & Suites

The room was very clean. Stairwells and glass door windows were very filthy with prints all over. Floors in hall and stairwells needed vacuuming. Only fridge and microwave. No coffeemaker. No Kleenex filled in room, empty from previous guest. Hotel is next to freeway, so very noisy. You get what you pay for.

I had a one-night stay as I was driving through town. Staff were pretty uninterested. Routine check-in, check-out, nothing extra. Breakfast was okay, some hot food and rest were typical continental breakfast. I had an okay experience staying with my dog who was traveling with me. Overall, it was comfortable but nothing extraordinary.

Elevator went out and

The breakfast was good as always. It was delicious. The kids enjoyed the pool they said it was warm We got a suite with separate rooms. The room with the pool out couch had no air. The ac wasnt working. The sheets on the pull out couch was dirty. And they didn't have clean sheets to replace them. The elevator went down and we were on the third floor which was hard for me to climb. The vending machine wasn't working. We ended up leaving a day early. This has always been my favorite place to stay. But this time it wasn't

Great stay as always. Room was very comfortable and staff very friendly. Breakfast could use some improvement. .

The room was clean, the pool area is fantastic and the staff was great but we got stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire department and there was no compensation for the trauma like a compt stay or a stay for next time, most businesses would even apologize for my kids freak out and trust me we wont ever get on an elevator again, the drop and stop was terrifying not to mention the sound of whatever hit the top of it sounded like it was gonna shatter the roof and fall through on us but other than that drama it was an okay facility. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were tiny. Had to buy shampoo and conditioner to make it through the week. Also the pool wasn't open until 7 pm so didn't have time to swim.

The property looked older on the outside and inside. Everything we needed worked. The customer service was great and they were very attentive to what I had told her when I first checked in. It didn’t matter what time of day we spoke with any of the employees their customer service was very good ( that’s rare these days). Room was very clean and big

Breakfast was fresh, hot, and balanced every morning we were there. Staff was helpful (especially with proactive communication on our part - such as arriving very late for check in). We have been there several times before with our dog, and is a good spot.

The breakfast was decent and the pool was nice. The room was not nearly as clean as It could have been. The chowder curtain was dirty and we found a bug in our sheets in the morning, a bed bug by the looks of it. Unacceptable.
