Clean, parking was great ,near shops and food. Polite staff.Could improve breakfast. Little high for not many amenities. Stayed here many times and always clean,quite and good staff.

The breakfast was fine. Stocked really well. There was no mirror light which made it hard to put on my makeup. Also the little refrigerator was all frozen over so we couldn’t freeze our ice pack for our ride home. The room darkening blind was wound up and wouldn’t come down at first, we finally got it down.

We had a one night stay and were able to workout in the gym. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Tv was not working. Staff said no type of reimbursement because it was booked through Booking

To begin with I want to say the staff was very nice. The hotel on the other hand had not been taken care of. Our safe nor the phone worked in our room. We reported it the first day but nothing was done to fix them. The bathroom mirror lights did not work which made the bathroom very dim. The shower was dirty in the corners and slimy under the edges of the foot rest. The TV only had a few channels that would come in clearly. The pool was closed due to waiting on the health inspector for approval to reopen. Very disappointing stay.

Don't stay on the 1st floor it's where they let dogs occupy rooms and you can hear them barking also the humidity on the 1st floor was so bad the floor was damp in our room during my stay. Had I known it was dog friendly I would have stayed at the competitors that doesn't allow dogs

Waking up at 5:30 am to the fire alarm is nobody’s idea of fun. No explanation was ever given. Recent storm had knocked out the satellite dish so the TV had approx 5 channels. My bad timing. Last, mattresses are old and the bed squeaks.

The bed mattresses need updated. When you lay down the bed squeaks. When you roll over the bed squeaks. The mattresses are not firm at all.

Nice staff

Satellite was out during our stay, could only see 4 channels on TV. Very hot days and we were staying indoors most of our stay. TV would have been nice.

The second desk in the room was positioned with a lounge type chair and was hard to work at. Not comfortable.

Pet friendly & free breakfast Dish TV, no reception!!!!

Wonderful stay!! A newly renovated place that was incredibly clean. All of the staff were wonderful and responsive. Only issue we had was the TV only picking up 2-3 channels but we weren’t there long enough to see if it was a temporary problem or not. Great experience!

Looked like they were finishing up a remodel. We’ve stayed here 2 times now. It’s been a great experience both times.

Good place to stay. Comfy beds, good breakfast bar. A little expensive, but I guess that's because of the location.
