Location was good. Not too far from beach. When I booked my stay having a pool was very influential, but when I got to Location 1st thing I saw was that pool was closed. I wish I would have gotten some notification. Also on Sunday when I arrived for breakfast around 9:30 all food was gone, not even toast or bagels were available, was very disappointing. All they had were cereal and waffles.

Room was clean and quiet, just what we needed!

Entry to hotel and lobby area floor not clean. Front of hotel looked like something from horror movie. Pool not open because they had not gotten inspected and it was last day of June in the deep South where pools should be open in April. I do plan to call Hilton to complain as this was worst stay at one of their properties.

The room was not clean

Room was clean, but needs some work. Peeling wallpaper, just tired decor and furniture. Otherwise, okay.

Was not told the pool would not be able to be used due to needing an inspection and it was hot the weekend we were their an really wanted to relax and get in it

Call hotel before booking and make sure pool is open to use

Rooms need updating, staff helpful.

With the Big Rock fishing tournament ongoing this was an emergency booking (as my favorite Bask Hotel was sold out). $355 was way too pricey for the neighborhood, staff appearance and “overflow warehouse” worn furniture, the hard to operate tv (a little channel guide wouldn’t come amiss) and the worn shower hose. The breakfast (with the exception of the egg-omelette) was not edible; the lack of healthy, non-processed food was stunning. But needed a bed and a shower … this place needs a major facelift especially a the charged rate

Old property, bathrooms needed to be redone 10 years ago.

To my surprise, the bathroom only includes one sink and doesn’t have any counter to put cups, soak and other items. I had to flush two times to clean the toilet. I woke up at midnight by click-click noise like a theft trying to open the door and later on I figured it came from the refrigerator starting. I had to turn it off the next night. The breakfast includes a few options but some foods are salty. Nobody came to room to take away the garbage. Not everything was negative, The staff in this hotel were nice and the location is close to the seaside.
