Convenient, great breakfast, and backs to the sound. Get a room with a view of the sound and has a pool. They had a couple water leaks that they were working on not an issue.

Clean room, appropriate for the price, needs some TLC but other than that not bad.

Staff was extremely nice, hotel really needs updated. the only issue was no hot water in the room they moved us to another room but this hotel was definitely not up to Hampton Inn standards.

Nice, clean property on the water but far enough away from the busy traffic to be quiet. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good and nutritious.

Location in proximity to my family's home What bothered me most was that I attempted to contact the hotel 3 times by messaging, but never received a response. I also attempted to call the property and received a message that speaking to an agent was no longer an option!

I liked the view over the water and the convenience of its location.

Only stayed there one night

The quality of the Hotel was not what I expected. The carpet and the facility was outdated. The breakfast area was not good at all. Stayed in a long line and found out that there is nothing to eat. Our car was damaged as we parked our car in the hotel parking lot. We asked them about any security camera and they told us that is the guest liability. This is not right. The location was good, however nothing else was good. I am not going to stay in Hampton INN anymore.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times-hotel is conveniently located on the water, close to restaurants, docks and stores. Rooms are clean but dated. The hotel could use a serious update inside and out. One elevator wasn't working when we got there and I saw no signs of it working when we left. That said, beds were comfortable, carpet was nice, the microwave was suspect and the outlets next to the kitchenettes were not working. Our room was dim even though we had 2 big windows in a suite-it was difficult to apply makeup and get dressed. There's plenty of parking and I always felt safe on the grounds. Breakfast is mediocre.

Shower didn’t get above like warm. It also made an ear piercing whistle while water ran. Plumbing fixed moved in the wall. This facility is old , tired and desperately needs upgrading!!!

Room was clean but a bit small - especially the entrance hall. All in all it was good. Plenty of parking, good WiFi and a good view of the water.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful! The hotel was very clean and so was the pool area!

Location Bathroom fixtures need replaced. Salt spray damaged

Bathroom sink was shaped where it hit you in belly. Air conditioning loud Unable to get more towels even asked housekeeping and was told there clean towels were for incoming guest. Front desk did not answer.
