there was a half inch crack under the door allowing bugs to get into the room. bathroom was old and rusty. floor was sticky and filthy.

Me and my husband didn’t rest that good due to a group of males just outside my room door having a loud conversation late but we managed

The beds were small and uncomfortable. Mildew smell throughout room.

Entered room walked straight to bathroom turned on light there was a huge cockroach in the sink.

Location, friendly staff, clean Outdated and rusted items in the room. Lamps had no shade and the metal on it and the chair was full of rust.

The breakfast was great. The staff was warm and gracious and very friendly. The A/c had a hard time and the room was very humid.

Wi-Fi signal is week at back of hotel . I could not get a signal to use Wi-Fi.

The room was disgusting. The towels and wash clothes that we were left use didnt look very clean. Room reeked of cigarette smoke and must.

Refrigerator did not work and no where to hang up any clothes. We were in a first floor room and upper floor sound like they were stomping around about to come thru the ceiling

The staff were so kind and helpful! Our daughter was in the hospital across the street and they were so helpful in letting us check in a little early and accommodating me with continuous coffee! ?. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in town!
