-
Location, friendly staff, clean Outdated and rusted items in the room. Lamps had no shade and the metal on it and the chair was full of rust.
-
The breakfast was great. The staff was warm and gracious and very friendly. The A/c had a hard time and the room was very humid.
-
Although no one was in the office when I arrived, someone showed up, and checked me in nothing
-
Wi-Fi signal is week at back of hotel . I could not get a signal to use Wi-Fi.
-
The room was disgusting. The towels and wash clothes that we were left use didnt look very clean. Room reeked of cigarette smoke and must.
-
Very clean and nice The bed was not comfortable.
-
Refrigerator did not work and no where to hang up any clothes. We were in a first floor room and upper floor sound like they were stomping around about to come thru the ceiling

The staff were so kind and helpful! Our daughter was in the hospital across the street and they were so helpful in letting us check in a little early and accommodating me with continuous coffee! ?. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in town!

Danielle and Becky were the best help. Danielle helped me Thursday night check in and Becky helped me Friday and Saturday. This room had upgrades in the bathroom and I really enjoyed my stay and will plan on staying there again!

Floors need cleaning better due to no rugs at the door. The floors were just a little sandy.

It was good enough to sleep and shower in. We stayed there for the Big Rock Tournament. The television worked. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked. The room smelled badly of cigarettes. There were flies in our room. I was able to get 6 of them out by chasing them out of the front door. I had to fix the toilet seat because it got squirrely when you tried to sit on it. This is purely stipulation, but someone may have passed away in this room while smoking a pack of cigarettes right before our stay there. This would explain the smell and the flies. I enjoy a good continental breakfast and if you do too, choose somewhere else.

I liked everything.

We were on the first floor and it was a handicap accessible room. The sidewalk outside was contoured but painted completely gray. I tripped twice and I have no trouble walking. Perhaps you could spray paint an orange line -some sort of caution would be good

Staff dumped my ashtray while it still had full almost unsmoked smokes in it
