Love the pool and convenient to everything

The room was pretty much cleaned. Pool was cold and it needed some.tending to.

Nothing. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability. I reached out over a week in advance to adjust my stay and was repeatedly promised manager callbacks that never happened. Even after multiple follow-ups on my check-in date, the communication remained nonexistent. Unreliable and unprofessional management

Everything was clean Nothing

It's only a few minutes from the pier, staff was super nice. You use a PIN number to get in your room, and if you don't push a button on the pin pad as you leave the door doesn't lock. The beds weren't the best.

It was an excellent location from the beach, less than an 8 minute walk. One of the employees was rude. She had her daughter with her and her daughter hit my car with a wagon and failed to apologize until I told her supervisor. She was standing there and was well aware of what her daughter had done so it made me pretty upset. The employees woke me up out of my sleep to change the couch in there which they could’ve done prior to me checking in. They pretty much barged in and even though they noticed me of what they were going to do in advance, I just wanted to sleep in for the first night that I was staying there considering that I drove 5 hours to get there. At times I could hear neighbors around me from their rooms.

I have been here many times over the years.My little slice of heaven , I call it. I was very happy in a realize I had been upgraded to a king suite sweet this stay. thank you island inn. I truly love getting away here. Be back soon.

For the price this was an excellent motel. Hard to find fault. They even provide proper crockery and metal utensils, very rare in motel land. Good parking and friendly helpful staff. (One of which helped me find the fridge and microwave...)! The bed perhaps could have been more comfortable. A personal thing.

This lil slice of Heaven is a favorite of mine. Its clean n cozy, reasonable prices and the staff is truly awesome. I actually feel like a welcome guest when I stay here. Thank you, I'll be back. Soon!

So clean and very comfortable. Fantastic location. Little touches that are so appreciated. Places to walk dog and ease of trash disposal. Really appreciate how clean our room was and how much pride they take in the property Nothing! This place is run perfectly

It was in a very comfortable, convenient spot and very clean and spacious A tight fit parking lot wise and the pool closes at 9 which is a bit early.

It was fairly quiet. Super small, very dated, & very basic. The bed wasn’t comfortable, it was too close to the wall on one side and there was no counter space in the very tiny bathroom. No closet at all, the dresser was coming apart & the dehumidifier didn’t work.

This was my 7th year going island Inn is located close to places we like to go.

Great location. Nice size rooms. Lots of little extras. Our room had a complete kitchen! Couch was visibly worn and stained. ( We turned the cushion over). Cabinet had a door that the panel kept falling out. Asked about ice at check in but wasn't told it wasn't working. ( Went to use and it had a sign on it). New Years Eve and we had some beverages we wanted to keep cold. Even tho the overall stay was fine, these annoyances were frustrating.

The location, pricing, staff and check-in, comfort and cleanliness were all excellent for my needs. I have been to this city many times over the past couple of months and this was one of my best stays yet. Nothing, everything was great ?

road noise really loud. wanted to hear the ocean. not traffic...I thought inn was closer to beach.staff very friendly and helpful
