Island Inn of Atlantic Beach

I was alone so the room was perfect for me or one other person. It also had a soda for maybe another. Everything was okay with the room and stay. I love the pool and where it is on the property. The staff and front desk ppl are nice and very patient and helpful.

Love this place Nothing

Air conditioning was very cold, it was clean, and pet friendly. The air conditioning was loud, not enough blankets.

Beds the sleeper sofa was for 1 person I booked a king room with a sofa bed and neither was right bed wasn't a king and sleeper sofa was a loveseat sleeper for 1 our 2 kids had to sleep on that very uncomfortable. Our bed may have been a full definitely not a queen

Farther walk to the beach than anticipated

Very clean and great pool. The ice machine didn’t work and they provide u a code to enter the room. I recommend that you allow the guest to pick the door code or use their phone number so it’s easy to remember.

I didn't know there was breakfast on site... Didn't have (weekend office staff) was SO nice!! Trash can removal. Humidifier overflowed bucket onto floor 2xLoved every .inute

Close to beach Pretty much everything. Tub wouldn’t drain. Fridge was a mini. Bed was too firm. TV too small. No cable channel listing other than on tv which wasn’t on one chandelier but more than 5.

Close access to the pool. Water drained slowly in shower. Light at pool on the fence was hanging, and needs to be put back up. Weeds in pool area needs to be taken care of. Ice Machine was broken as well.

The king bed needs slight improvements, maybe a boxspring or a better frame.

Love the pool and convenient to everything

The room was pretty much cleaned. Pool was cold and it needed some.tending to.

Ice machine broke

Nothing. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability. I reached out over a week in advance to adjust my stay and was repeatedly promised manager callbacks that never happened. Even after multiple follow-ups on my check-in date, the communication remained nonexistent. Unreliable and unprofessional management

It's only a few minutes from the pier, staff was super nice. You use a PIN number to get in your room, and if you don't push a button on the pin pad as you leave the door doesn't lock. The beds weren't the best.

It was an excellent location from the beach, less than an 8 minute walk. One of the employees was rude. She had her daughter with her and her daughter hit my car with a wagon and failed to apologize until I told her supervisor. She was standing there and was well aware of what her daughter had done so it made me pretty upset. The employees woke me up out of my sleep to change the couch in there which they could’ve done prior to me checking in. They pretty much barged in and even though they noticed me of what they were going to do in advance, I just wanted to sleep in for the first night that I was staying there considering that I drove 5 hours to get there. At times I could hear neighbors around me from their rooms.

I have been here many times over the years.My little slice of heaven , I call it. I was very happy in a realize I had been upgraded to a king suite sweet this stay. thank you island inn. I truly love getting away here. Be back soon.

For the price this was an excellent motel. Hard to find fault. They even provide proper crockery and metal utensils, very rare in motel land. Good parking and friendly helpful staff. (One of which helped me find the fridge and microwave...)! The bed perhaps could have been more comfortable. A personal thing.
