Clean room - friendly staff, short walk to the beach.

It is a bit run down. The front room stays hot and the back room was cool so the air flow didn't reach the full unit. We booked for 4 people and only had towels for 3 but staff was nice and we got what we needed. I booked at the last minute for a quick one night getaway so it was a place to sleep for a low price so it served the purpose we needed. With the location, if they renovated they could really have a nice, money making property where people want to return.

Christina was great. She was very helpful and even made it convenient for me checking in a day early. Definitely would recommend this property!

The motel was infested with german cockroaches. We ended up asking for a refund and did not stay both nights. Do not recommend this place!

I arrived on the new site manager’s third day on the job. Her excitement was palpable throughout my stay. The property manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, from my pre-trip check-in forward. This property reminds me of Old Atlantic Beach, before the million-dollar rentals and greed-mongering became so prevalent. It ain’t fancy, but it’s good! The walk to the beach is manageable, and my room was CLEAN! Shout-out to the housekeeper, too. He does a great job. Keep this place busy, but save me a room for next season.

Very friendly

Location was great. Service was decent I have a couple suggestions. Make sure every guest has a parking space when you pay to stay at a hotel motel whatever the case is there should be parking for those who paid to stay there. I just had foot surgery and couldn’t walk but so far that’s why I chose a motel instead of a hotel. That only has one floor. Second make sure to thaw your mini fridges before quest arrive. I had to keep towels around it because it was leaking water from where the freezer part was frozen and had thawed. The door leading outside may need some weather stripping as well has some pretty big gaps. Other than that it was decent.

The location was perfect!! Just a few minutes walk to the beach

The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here.

For the price paid, I have absolutely no complaints.

No place to hang clothing. No ice availability.

The management was unbelievable rude from time we checked into the time we left to point he had my mom upset so I don’t recommend this place not even for temporary reasons

Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. Very thin towels, no hair dryer, no extra chair in room. If you wanted to sit had to sit in the bed. AC was so loud

Excellent beach front hotel to stay at. Spacious clean rooms and straightforward check in and check out process.

We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do anything so we suffered and sweat all night. I went down to the beach in the morning, came back to get stuff together and check out, and again the room was hotter than outside. The only good thing I can say about this room is the beds are comfortable. The towels are the standard child sized super scratchy ones.

We stayed in a smaller room with no kitchen access, we had a mini fridge and coffee maker. We were shocked by no hair dryer available due to previous theft of items. We enjoyed the staff as he helped us with getting access into our room even after obtaining a key card the door would still not open for us. Clean and beds were fairly comfortable, we stayed for a minimal time and it was fair for price.

Overall great experience. Owner was helpful when we had issues or questions. Seemed clean for the most part but some handles were sticky. Beds were comfortable and there were no bad smells that you typically find in motels. We have to mention the owner again, because he’s really a nice and pleasant person!
