Holiday Inn Express Morgantown by IHG

Everything was warm and ready to go. Several options for picky eaters. Location was very convenient. N/A

The girl at the desk was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! I would stay here again.

Exceptional

The breakfast was better than most places. The selection and variety was great only thing missing was bacon. Gerold the front desk guy was more than helpful when the first room my wife couldn’t use the bathtub no plug. He gave us a room she could use In the morning when I was showering the water was barley room temperature I told the lady at the front desk when we checked out and she really didn’t seem to care write it down for maintenance or anything

We stay here every time we come to Morgantown. We love the spacious suite, pool and breakfast.

It was damp dirty and smelly .had to leave early.

I was disappointed with my stay. The man at the evening front desk was not respectful. When I arrived, I greeted him, but he did not return my greeting. Instead, he collected the money from the table and took more than 20 minutes to finish, without saying a word. It would have been nice if he had greeted me properly and asked me to wait until he was finished. His behavior left my family and me feeling unwelcome, especially when he even asked what brought me here. Also, the breakfast area was very cramped, and the shower in the bathroom needs maintenance because the water accumulates and does not drain properly. Overall, these issues made my stay very disappointing.

Poor

Easy access Was not clean chip found beside bed near window Window screen tore Bathtub cracked Floor tile cracked And writing on the shampoo it’s very tacky especially for the price charged I felt I was in a super 8

We didn't get to use the amenities. We were just there for 1 night. The thing that bothered me most was the air conditioner/fan wouldn't stay on or go high. I like the noise and to be cold at night so I can be comfortable under the covers. Seemed to be pretty clean.

Beautiful room, very spacious and comfortable.

Staff hardly responsive .

Room was comfortable. I went there to rest. It as perfect!

Was an okay hotel. We had to wait 2 hours past check in time, to check in which was annoying

👍

Close to everything you could need or want. Pool is nice and it’s a great place to stay if you’re in town for any WVU related thing. WVU is maybe 12 mins away by car. Will stay again

Breakfast was Outstanding and everything was very clean and well maintained.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
