Exceptional

Room was very nice. Spacious bathroom and the queen beds were comfortable! Staff was very nice and understanding about my surgery being very early and explained the key drop to check out. Highly recommend this hotel.

Close to shopping, dining and if you're there for a football game it's relatively close. Overall it's exactly what you would expect from a Super 8.

The place has seen better days, but was sufficient as a cheap place to sleep for a short time. Quite a few cosmetic issues, vending machines didn't work, the smells were quite unpleasant, and we woke the night staff as we were leaving early in the morning. They did offer continental breakfast and the linens appeared clean, though.

The room and whole facility were clean and well kept! It looked like it had recently been renovated or upgraded. Our only complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable and hard so take that into consideration when booking.

previous person's food still in the fridge. used wash cloth draped over the shower curtain. coffee maker did not work. microwave had to be played with in order to work.

I've stayed in places all over the world and all over the country, this place has been the worst maintained space I have ever stayed in! Mold everywhere they didn't even bother to clean the tub it was nasty!

Spa tub was great and privately in our room. Bed was comfortable. Time for new furniture. Did not even attempt to sit on the couch or chair nasty stained ripped. Desperately needed to do laundry. Washer and dryer were dirtier than my clothes and laundry room. Was filthy. Did not attempt breakfast based on how dirty everything else was.

This was a much nicer facility and room than I had been expecting. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired, but the room and the building were clean. A great experience for the price!

My breakfast was yogurt, apple juice, a banana, and some granola bars. Waffles and orange juice and coffee was also offered. It was fine Staff manager and/or owner knocking on my door before checkout. It wasn’t 11:00 yet dude, leave me alone!

Location was good, near the main road. Cleanliness was very bad. The room was dirty. I saw later that there are many complains about cleanliness and the hotel does not care at all. The price (around 90 USD per night) can not explain cleanliness problem since it is a health issue, must be provided!

Very good

Refrigerator didn’t work and the microwave handle was broken. Stained sheets and a mattress that needed replacing a long time ago. No air circulating in the hallways and the elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Would not recommend!!

Absolutely nothing! It was filthy everywhere, sheets had holes in them & then to wake up to bedbugs @5:00am with my daughter screaming & scared ! I let front desk know the bedbug issues & asked for a refund which never happened! He said management would contact me & hasn’t ! I stripped all clothes off in parking lot & through away all my luggage in a dumpster!

Location worked well for us, but prob won't stay again. Breakfast was bare bones minimum- no hot food (no meat or eggs,) no flavorings or real creamer for coffee.
