Well appointed townhome for short or extended stays with ample space.

It’s still being renovated but the room itself was very nice! Staff great!

Property is a little rundown, but it was not bad. Room was clean and shower was great.

I stayed here about 4–5 years ago and had a similar experience, but decided to give Lakeview another chance. Unfortunately, the property was once again nothing like the beautiful photos shown online. The pool was closed/under renovation with no clear notice before our stay, and our room had visibly worn and damaged furniture, a heavily stained mattress, an extremely dated refrigerator, and other maintenance issues. I don’t expect a resort to be brand new, but I do expect it to be accurately represented online. The difference between the advertised photos and the actual condition was significant. I’ve stayed at Motel 8 properties in better condition.

Excellent property and placement!

Nice large modern rooms, but there was nobody at check-in to check us in. We had to go looking for them and they were in the bar. The bar had basic food. I really enjoy going to swimming pools and Jacuzzi’s hot tubs, but apparently some guests had broken the swimming pool. How does that even happen so the part they needed to fix the swimming pool was on backorder, so there was less to do. if you like jogging, you can jog along all of the golf paths. if you love golf it’s an ideal place for you to go.

Was not impressed at all with my stay at Lakeview.

Outdated but works for an overnight stay.

That was a main reason for booking. Wife using the pool while husband golfed. 😡😡

Terrible, do not stay

It smelled horrible the minute you walk in. Looked like the shining. If we were on the last leg of our road trip i’d have slept in the car!

Outdated! Had to change rooms, toilet missing attachment to plunger, both bed dipped in middle, and ceiling was so low in the bathroom that I scratched my knuckles on the popcorn ceiling when I took off my shirt. Switched rooms and the only difference was the toilet worked.

I would stay again

Looks like they tried to update bedside tables but left holes in them. Damp smelling. Serves a "breakfast" aka cereal and muffins with no place to sit and eat. Vending machines are cash only but front desk can't make change for you. Grounds are not maintained.. DO NOT recommend at all

Property was old and was likely very nice at some point in the past.

The resort was clean but my room had a mouse in it and the issue wasn't addressed after talking to 3 employees. So my stay was not pleasurable. The golf course was beautiful. I won't be staying again.

Staff was nice, no issues. The golf course (mountain view) was very nice. The pool was closed. The breakfast was a small offering, but coffee was good.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The pictures on this site, do not match the current condition at the property. The road leading up to the hotel, is covered with pot holes. The smell at the doors, was enough to gag you every time you went through them. The lobby looks like it started to be updated like in the 90s, then stopped halfway through the project. The old smelly carpet looks like something from The shinning. No a/c in the hallway, it was hot and muggy. The elevator made you wonder if you were going to make it out alive. Our original room was 3 wings away from the elevator, with no luggage cart (they only had 1, and they weren't looking for it). The original room had holes in the blankets, smelled, and a window that was frosted over from a bad seal, and no mini fridge or working ice machine (here for a week). We got another room, close to the elevator, it was a little better and had a fridge and was cleaner feeling. The pool was closed the whole time we were there, and has been for awhile. Apparently it had a leak that was fixed, but the staff was not closing it at 9pm, so maintenance took care of that with a paddle lock. I didn't bother checking out the fitness center that was in another building, that looked rough from afar. No on-site laundry either. We woke up itchy every morning. The breakfast had flies coming out of the bread box with toast and bagels. You can tell, it used to be a beautiful place, it is far from that now. Stay anywhere else!
