Lakeview Golf Resort

This place was great. It exactly met our needs. There is a great gym, a really nice heated indoor pool and a cute little park. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely come back next time we visit WV

Pretty area Massive blood stain on the pull out couch. Like literally someone either gave birth or died on it

It cost the same as 2 hotel rooms. Nothing except it was clean. The upstairs bathtub showers need changed. Water temp couldn’t be adjusted and the amount of water was a tickle. In MB te second sink would not hold water to shave. If my wife was with me she would have insisted on going somewhere else. My friend was appalled too. The heat worked at least!

The location was perfect was quiet yet close to downtown. My boys golfed a couple times enjoyed the course. House was roomy for us to spread out and for my husband to still have quiet to work. Beds were comfortable. AC was freezing up. Was a hot week and our house stayed over 75 most of the week. Fans would have helped but there was no air moving. Would open windows at night to try to cool down. Internet did go down a couple times but saw trucks moving on the area during those times.

The townhouse have a good bit of room. Although it's a bit outdated. We enjoyed a night away. The out door pool is 4ft deep and they mentioned that the pool is heated and it wasn't.

The location was pretty Our room wasn’t very clean. There were bugs in it. We went to sit on the balcony and there were inappropriate things happening in the pool with two couples so we had to take our kids in. Those same two couples were in there the next day being loud and throwing things. We couldn’t even take our kids to the pool.

The beds were extremely comfortable.

Stay was great, property is a little dated but clean and comfortable. We did have some minor trouble with bed slats but all in all a very pleasant and fun trip.

Nice being along the golf course, talked to golfers as they went by. Musty moldy smell, broken windows, uneven floors, old appliances, microwave sounded like it was on its last leg. Only room for 1 vehicle. The whole complex looks old and rundown. The golf course looks well maintained.

The location and convenience to WVU for graduation, good price compared to other places, townhouse option as opposed to a hotel option, better for family gatherings. Units were old and dated, many things within the units did not work, were broken or were old and weathered.

I love the location and the townhouse was so nice! It isn't top of the line modern, but there wasn't anything that I needed that wasn't already there! I thought it was very comfortable and cozy! Will definitely be back! The only negative thing I have to say is the loud couple(s) in another townhouse having a loud fight outside from 430am until 630am. I did call the desk at 630am but security had already left.

This property is run down and dusty. Nothing is current and it has a bad smell through out.

This particular stay was in the condos. The condo is large and spacious. It was very clean with nice furniture. However, it was so loud that a good nights rest was impossible. The upstairs ceiling fan was incredibly loud throughout the entire rental. The next morning we discussed how loud it was and how little we slept. After turning the fan off it was quieter, then another mechanical noise started to roar. We could not locate that noise. I did let the front desk know at checkout and the clerk apologized for the inconvenience.

Visiting WVU, so only really slept there. Comfortable but interior needs updates. It was fine since we were just using it to sleep there. Sleeps 5 comfortably and sheets and towels included

The location was excellent and beautiful, not too far from WVU, just a 15 min drive. The townhouse was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was exactly how it was described and matched the pictures shown. Nothing- we thought everything was great.
