I was really disappointed with this hotel. The pictures on this site, do not match the current condition at the property. The road leading up to the hotel, is covered with pot holes. The smell at the doors, was enough to gag you every time you went through them. The lobby looks like it started to be updated like in the 90s, then stopped halfway through the project. The old smelly carpet looks like something from The shinning. No a/c in the hallway, it was hot and muggy. The elevator made you wonder if you were going to make it out alive. Our original room was 3 wings away from the elevator, with no luggage cart (they only had 1, and they weren't looking for it). The original room had holes in the blankets, smelled, and a window that was frosted over from a bad seal, and no mini fridge or working ice machine (here for a week). We got another room, close to the elevator, it was a little better and had a fridge and was cleaner feeling. The pool was closed the whole time we were there, and has been for awhile. Apparently it had a leak that was fixed, but the staff was not closing it at 9pm, so maintenance took care of that with a paddle lock. I didn't bother checking out the fitness center that was in another building, that looked rough from afar. No on-site laundry either. We woke up itchy every morning. The breakfast had flies coming out of the bread box with toast and bagels. You can tell, it used to be a beautiful place, it is far from that now. Stay anywhere else!

Easy check in, always good with uprgrading too s

Our room was clean and comfortable. The facilities are old and need refurbished and updating. Outside landscaping has weeds and overgrown.
-
Could use some upgrades but it was ok for the price
-
Little outdated, but a great room for the price if you don’t need many amenities.

Last minute choice, close to where we wanted to stay, staff were very amiable and helpful. Rooms are comfy but dated, a/c was noisy but kept the room super cool. Parking lot needs an overhaul, we were on motorcycles and the amount of gravel and beat up asphalt was sketchy in the dark. Only complaint was the DTV offered very little channels.

We had a good time in the surrounding area. The hotel was peaceful and room was clean but dated a bit. The Staff was very helpful and hotel bar/grill was nice and food was good.
-
Key for room didn’t work. Barely any hot water. Had no milk for cereal for the continental breakfast. The bedding was basically 3 sheets no comforter. The pillows were so flat and stiff. The bath towels were barely useable they were so small.

The hotel is a little dated and run down, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is nice. If you just need a good room at a great price, this is it!
-
The place is horribly outdated, musty and undesirable. The roadway into the property could ruin your vehicle. Great location but property is in dire need of repairs and tlc.

Staff was great.

It is very old but very clean. The price is very good for what you get.

Overall it was okay. I would go back just for the location to the boat ramp. No breakfast, bar had no A/C while we where there.

This hotel is so old and run down. It is in need of a massive renovation to make it live up to the description “resort.” The elevator is ancient and reminds me of The Shining. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had very bad water pressure. The carpet in the rooms and hallways is threadbare in spots, dirty, and needs replaced badly. We won’t be back.

Tough one lobby is nice golf course is beautiful . room is good staff is polite and helpful the rest of property is in need of some major repairs and upgrades parking lot is terrible dodging potholes vegetation growing over the lights no key card access to get in bldg you can just walk right in the middle of the night hallways and stairwells shutdown 3 different pools shut down 2 of which have not been in operation for several years big areas in workout facilities shut down would probably not stay here if you are trying to use it like a normal hotel . Breakfast was pre packaged jimmy dean which is fine for me . Sounds all bad cause it’s not. Cheap room comfy bed hot powerful water good ac staff is polite and super helpful and course looks great so if it’s golfing and a cheap room this is where you should stay if you want somewhere that’s super nice on the outside and well lit stay at a much more expensive place and just golf here overall not a bad place or staff just need some investment from the owners other than the golf side of it.

Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.

2. Amenities listed on Expedia and the resort website are not available. 3. Pool is advertised but covered with renovations and dirt. 4. Renovations are being done in one section. You never saw any workers. Guests have to walk through the section with open tiles with hanging wires and the smell of mold. 5. First room had no lightbulbs… second room had no towels and an ac unit that kept you up all night and sounded like a motor boat. 6. The beds were so bad/caved in that they sunk down in the middle far enough to hide a child. 7. There was no customer service provided. It felt like the front desk thought it was a burden to service a guest… even with my car being the only one in the parking lot. 8. Our room had trash under the bed when we checked in. 9. The shower had loose paneling around the on/off knob. 10. We counted the days until we were done with that place.

Nice and cozy place. Nice walk around the golf course. Unfortunately there's no direct access to the beautiful lake this property is located on.

I wasn't impressed with anything with this hotel. We had no soap and when we asked they gave us extra shampoo. The beds were not comfortable. I will not stay here again
