On site parking. Nearness to Mayo Performing Arts Center. We could walk to the venue. Great restaurants and cafes in area.

Nice hotel in downtown Morristown. Minus one star because there was no business center and some areas looked dated. The note in the room mentioned amenities that weren't included, such as a yoga mat and a bathrobe.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt! We really loved the room design—it was beautiful, modern, and comfortable. The room was also super clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, such a nice experience and we’d definitely stay here again! Nothing

Very good

They had a “planned power outage” during our stay. Though we paid full price. There was no water fill station in the lobby or on my floor only on the 4th floor.
-
A/c was exceptionally loud. Only complaint. Hotel is lovely and the food amazingly good. Always a great stay. We are at this hotel often

Room was very clean and comfortable

The front desk staff was Kurt courteous enough to put the phone call on hold while he was speaking to the customer right in front of him. I thought that was great man. The woman on the ninth floor who was cleaning the rooms in the morning read dust first thing in the morning it was very pleasant and kind. The hotel was walking distance to root steakhouse which was fantastic, we eat at the committed pig for brunch the next day also amazing smash burgers and great food. Overall a very nice day hotel was clean staff was courteous and the location was perfect.

Spotless. Fantastic staff. My # 1 Hotel to stay at.

I definitely enjoyed my stay. I do wish they had more in-room amenities to make the stay 100%. As a local, my goal was to stay in the hotel room and just bathe and all that. That was possible but I wish the bathtubs were bigger and more focus to a staycation is also factored in.
