The front desk staff was Kurt courteous enough to put the phone call on hold while he was speaking to the customer right in front of him. I thought that was great man. The woman on the ninth floor who was cleaning the rooms in the morning read dust first thing in the morning it was very pleasant and kind. The hotel was walking distance to root steakhouse which was fantastic, we eat at the committed pig for brunch the next day also amazing smash burgers and great food. Overall a very nice day hotel was clean staff was courteous and the location was perfect.

I definitely enjoyed my stay. I do wish they had more in-room amenities to make the stay 100%. As a local, my goal was to stay in the hotel room and just bathe and all that. That was possible but I wish the bathtubs were bigger and more focus to a staycation is also factored in.
