Very nice and clean hotel, the staff all around amazing and very helpful, we had a few things not go as planned but hotel staff was exteremly helpful and compensated us for the duration of our stay, if you become a member which I recommend you do, you get a lot of perks while staying and in the future, hotel staff cleaned our room every day.

The hotel is conveniently located off the 287, which was great for our intents and purposes. We appreciated the kind and efficient staff.

First time in this beautiful town and also first time in this well and clean hotel.. definitely I'll be back and stay again there. I enjoyed it a lot.. thanks.

The bathroom was really dirty tub had dirt in it, bathroom floor horrible was not mopped can see old iron around toilet, room smells of mildew. Very disgusting and disappointing especially for the price of the room

Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. Otherwise, front desk staff was friendly and tried helping however they could.

I was laying in bed trying to sleep & they interrupted the whole room the dogs began barking. I have never experienced this at any hotel. I would never stay here again!
