Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. Otherwise, front desk staff was friendly and tried helping however they could.

I was laying in bed trying to sleep & they interrupted the whole room the dogs began barking. I have never experienced this at any hotel. I would never stay here again!

They allowed me to check in early at no extra charge and upgraded my room at no extra charge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the amenities were wonderful and the room was spotless.

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend to anyone was charged fraudulent charges to the card we put in file the manager was not helpful at all I would never stay here again. Nothing I had the worst experience here

Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center.

One negative thing would be no free coffee or anything in the lobby. You have to pay for everything

I would have liked an outlet by the bedside for charging phone and watch.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?

Nice lobby area and restaurant. The heating/ac was horrendous. Could only use heat option on thermostat and set at 65 degrees. The room heated up to 75 degrees. Unable to adjust. Unable to sleep. Felt like a very dry sauna. Unacceptable to have it set it to be heat only at certain times of year.

Staff great , tv not working , shower faucet broken , clock not working in the fitness center , window shade ripped, poor selection of breakfast items , property very tired .

Great tree when we walked in. The staff was polite. Warm welcome. We had an easy check in everyone was professional. Great size rooms. The Resturant we were having dinner at was near by kinda like thru the hotel. One small issue: the bar for New Year's Eve required additional assistance. There was only one individual attempting to serve too many people.
