The hotel is conveniently located off the 287, which was great for our intents and purposes. We appreciated the kind and efficient staff.

The bathroom was really dirty tub had dirt in it, bathroom floor horrible was not mopped can see old iron around toilet, room smells of mildew. Very disgusting and disappointing especially for the price of the room

Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. Otherwise, front desk staff was friendly and tried helping however they could.

Smallish room on 6th floor

I was laying in bed trying to sleep & they interrupted the whole room the dogs began barking. I have never experienced this at any hotel. I would never stay here again!

Nice hotel for soccer touranment. Same price as the Marriot Marquis in Time Square so definitely over priced

They allowed me to check in early at no extra charge and upgraded my room at no extra charge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the amenities were wonderful and the room was spotless.

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend to anyone was charged fraudulent charges to the card we put in file the manager was not helpful at all I would never stay here again. Nothing I had the worst experience here
