Very clean and spacious suite. Comfortable bed and bedding. Bartender extremely friendly and breakfast was a nice variety of choices. Good location near restaurants and cruise port.

it was really good i like almost everything except the leg where i was ah which asked to spray it with scented bagy to have better smell after that almost everything is good

The rooms were so spacious and had so many great amenities! All of the staff were so helpful and friendly! Love the 2bdrm / 2 bath option! So convenient for 2 couples traveling together!

It is a suite style with a kitchenette that was well stocked. I found I found it adequate but did think their breakfast flow could have used some fine tuning. Dishes were not conveniently placed nor were trash cans, coffee condiments etc.

There is a large construction project going on at the property next to the hotel. This hotel is in a busy corporate area, but not close to shops or restaurants. There were a few disappointing features in the hotel. The fire pit was out of order. Painted surfaces in the room were not neatly done.

The Hyatt House was a great place to stay and the breakfast was better that I expected. The location was convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go.

This hotel is one of the nicest we’ve stayed at! The complete renovation and upgraded furniture and cleanliness is wonderful! The staff were also very helpful! Overall this is definitely a great place to stay!
