Housekeeping staff could have been more like it like saying, good morning, that would have been nice. The front's desk was courteous. The hotel need to have some entertainment going on for the weekends other then that its ok.

Breakfast had fake eggs and fatty sausage, did not eat breakfast.

One of two elevators was shut down for our entire stay.

Definitely an issue with housekeeping at this hotel. The floors in the hallway were not vacuumed during our three day stay. The coffee pot in the room was grossly dirty, to the point I could not use it. I had read about sheets not being changed but I did not have that issue.

Nice size room, clean and modern feel. Good breakfast and an easy place for a stay. I would recommend it as a mid level but upscale experience.

Outdoor pool A little far from family

We traveled for a last minute funeral for my uncle. Our stay was smooth and easy during our difficult time. It made everything a little less stressful. We’ll be staying here in the near future as we will Be coming to visit family more often from Virginia.

Amazing stay, my entire family liked it

The hotel had kind of an odd smell and I did not love that there were trafficking signs listed all over the hotel did not make me feel comfortable traveling my daughter. Especially when we were directed to use the back entrance and there is all sorts of construction going on. Did not go super safe.

Our room was covered in dog hair. The couch, carpet, and other surfaces all had visible pet hair throughout the room. My child dropped his pacifier on the floor, and when I picked it up, it was covered in dog hair. I also spent the entire night wondering why I was so itchy, only to realize it was likely because I’m allergic to dog hair and had unknowingly been placed in a room that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. This experience was disappointing, especially for a family traveling with young children. The hotel needs to do a much better job deep cleaning pet-friendly rooms between guests. Even better, they should consider designating certain rooms exclusively for guests with pets and others for guests without pets, particularly those with allergies. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room fell well below expectations, and I hope improvements are made so future guests don’t have the same experience.

It was a very nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The light shades were a little difficult to operate because we didn’t know how to do it. Perhaps it was on the information paper you gave me. The pool was a little too warm, but don’t know if you could do anything about that in this heat. We would definitely stay there again.
