There was a lot of work being done on the property and the pool wasn't available because of repairs the whole time we were there. The room, kitchen and breakfast was very good.

We had a really lovely stay. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette and living area. Being on the ground floor also made things really easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk when we needed to arrange a later check-in. Breakfast was good with a nice variety too. A really comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again. We liked everything

Front Desk staff were wonderful, others not so much. The cleaning crew were VERY loud throughout the day with conversation among themselves and not friendly at all. I am from Texas so I would always give them a howdy or hello and I was met with a cold stare. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I travel with my dog, so we did lots of walking around the property. It really is a lovely property, but the grounds need some TLC, a simple trash pickup and weeding and bush trimming would really spruce the place up. I walked by the same coffee cup 3 days in a row on the 3rd day I picked it up and placed it in the trash. The entry doors and elevator could use a daily wipe down; I don't think they are getting any attention right now. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Hotel was fine but issues with the room (toilet running / needed to jiggle the handle, both tv’s didn’t work, smoke smell from room and hallway.

Overall, the stay was awesome! I have no complaints, I will definitely book again in the near future.

Lovely suite with 2 bedrooms. Great location and prompt service at the reception. Lack of kettle in the rooms. Limitations on available breakfast options. One uses disposable plastic utensils, defeating the drive for environmental sustainability objectives.

I loved there were 2 separate bedrooms. Nice breakfast. But food was cold. Had to take up and heat it up. Nice selections

Construction going on in the parking lot. Five big buses, took up the majority of the parking spaces, so there were no parking left and they charge you for parking when they didn’t have anywhere to park. Housekeeping never came to clean the room when a request was put in twice. Stayed there six nights not once did housekeeping come and service the room. Breakfast was OK, but was the same thing every single morning.

We did not have linens, blanket, or pillows for the pull out sofa in the room. The staff quickly gave us what we needed but would have been nice if it was there already. Only stayed for one night but it was a comfortable stay.
