Hampton Inn Morristown

Check in was quick and staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and very well kept. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and quiet. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in area. Breakfast variety was good. Very happy with overall stay.

The staff was awesome. The initial appearance of the lobby and breakfast area was very nice and well kept. Once I walked past the elevators to my room on the 1st floor you could tell this area was not as updated. The room had an odor I could not place what or where it may have been coming from while in the room. The pillows also had a smell where I did not want to use them. The sheets looked cleaned and so did the pillowcases but do not know about the odor coming from the pillows besides the odor in the room. The appearance of the room was clean and so was the bathroom and towels but not sure how deeply clean the carpets, mattress and pillows were. It was a quiet place to stay and very convenient to my conference, shopping and eating places. I felt safe during my stay. I did not eat breakfast only because I do not eat breakfast. The coffee was great and the fact they served it 24/7 was a big winner for me. I am not sure if it was just the room I was staying in that had odor issues. I did not say anything or request a change of room. I was only there a couple of nights and can manage with almost any conditions. Overall it was a good place to stay but next time I will inquire about the smell if I ever have an opportunity to return and ask for another room if I need too.

We have stayed at several Hampton Inns. They have all been good places to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the parking is good, The breakfast offers a great selection. The rooms are clean. I have only had 2 complaints. The televisions at a few locations have not worked. On a recent trip we asked the desk to fix the issue and the issue was addressed. On our last stay, the television only stayed on for a few seconds and then cut off. It was late so we didn't report it. My only other concern is the pillows are too small. I would recommend a stay at Hampton Inns.

Perfectly fine Hampton Inn. Web sites need to emphasize that there are 2 of them in New Market, and make clear which one you have reserved a room at.

Clean room. Friendly and courteous staff. Full breakfast. Spacious room. Told staff at checkout the toilet was loose and leaking at base and she said” we will get right on it.” Highly recommend.

Great stay for the price. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had several options.

Very clean room, staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious as usual. For those traveling if you want a sit down meal with good country food please visit "Hillbilly Cabin" right beside Tractor store. Dont worry if crowded they are very efficient with getting people seated. I highly recommend both Hampton Inn and Hillbilly Cabin.
