The staff... The motel smelled musty damp..The curtains in our room were filthy..The indoor pool was disgusting..and they charged way to much for 3 women 1 night and it was 9 pm before we checked in..It asked preference smoking or non and we chose smoking but upon arrival 100% smoke free .the whole room with the indoor pool was disgusting and molded..for 116.00$ for a night , I'd stay in a tent..

The staff at the front desk were top notch. I had difficulty checking in and their knowledge and professionalism made a potential unpleasant experience, most bearable! The hot breakfast was convenient, it had an array of inviting breakfast items to choose from. Everything was neatly arranged and organized! A hospitable environment to begin your day in town!

Front Desk people were nice When I went to my room it seemed fine .I was just getting the horrible flu going around.So all I wanted to do was sleep! But they were ANTS in the BEDS ! And on the tables .I stayed 2 days because I was so sick ! If it would have not had ANTS I was planning on staying longer ! I feel asleep finally and woke up to ants on me !! I asked the front desk about the ANTS . I was told the property has a problem with them.I came from Florida I’ve stayed at several Hotels in Tennessee and never had this problem! I was charged for 2 days tea because I said I couldn’t handle the ANTS .I do expect a Full Refund.Im scared to stay at a Quality Inn in any State after this experience!! This is dangerous.And definitely needs to be fixed!

The hotel smells like mold as soon as you walk in. The front deck staff don't even look up when you walk in the lobby. We had to set the a/c to the coldest setting and have the room fridged because if you don't, the room gets hot at night and you wake up sweating. The toilet paper hold was taped on with scotch tape and came forward and fall out of the wall. Do not recommend this hotel.

I didn't like the fact that the room I was put in looked like it had some previous issues before, and they tried to fix it, but whoever they got to fix it did a very bad job. The ceiling leaked when it rained heavily. We came back to a very wet spot on the floor, and I pointed it out to the staff, and all they did was put a trash can in the spot where it was leaking. Luckily, we were leaving the very next morning. Paint job looked awful, and the roof leaked.

I love that it was convenient to everything; the beds were comfy and very quiet and peaceful. The pool room is disguising, wallpaper falling off the wall. Paint peeling, pool was not clean at all. Couldn’t even let my kids swim in it. Room encountered multiple stink bugs & found roaches on the last morning. Floors were stained badly & smelled.

Convenient, indoor pool, close to eating establishments, staff was excellent Couch was nasty, carpet was nasty, needs some renovation. We opened the couch to sleep on and pretty sure it was part of a crime scene.

The room itself was gross. Walls were caked with things on them. Items left from previous guests on the beds. There were bugs in the microwave, ants all over the place and bugs all over the bathrooms. The pull out sofa mattress was absolutely disgusting and had multiple stains all over it. Also we picked this place because they offered pack and plays/cribs for infants and we got there and they didnt offer either one to guests. Which after seeing the state the room was in I wouldnt have let my daughter sleep on it anyway.

The coffee was ok, everything else was either dry, stale, old, or cold. eggs were dry, tough. waffles were bland. Biscetts were dry, hard and bland.
