Clean room and nice staff

We weren't planning on staying here but after reading the reviews, we couldnt pass it. And we weren't disappointed. Very clean rooms, excellent staff, easy to acess. They've thought of everything. It does sit next to a highway, but that's what we wanted. We cant wait to stay here again.

I travel frequently to the Monterey and Moss Landing area from the Central Valley. My primary reason for visiting the area is photography. I like the ease of parking right in front of the hotel, easy highway access and location right by Moss Landing Harbor. The hotel is very clean, smells fresh, staff are very friendly and service exceeds expectations every time. Beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean and room service is daily. The ac and heater is nice and quiet and the boutique store and self service pantry is extremely convenient. They even had items with local marine life themes for sale.

No issues at all except my shower didn’t get too hot, more of a “pretty warm” but nothing I was upset about considering how easy and nice everything else was. I would stay here again next time I visit.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel the night before our whale watching experience (dock is a 10-15 minute walk away). The receptionist and owner were polite and friendly and could not do enough for us. There was water bottles in the room, the room was spacious and clean. There is a hot drinks machine in the lobby and a small snack/medicine/gift shop. Parking was plentiful and easy. Would recommend and stay again. Great hospitality.

Everything was clean. The staff was amazingly helpful with helping us figure out how to set up a last minute tour, plus ideas of where to eat, and what to see. The highway traffic might be a problem, but they had ear plugs and a white noise machine, that made all the difference. Highly recommend.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the property. The only downside was our room had a bit of road noise. They provided ear plugs and white noise machine, so they have done what they can to mitigate the circumstances. It wasn't bad, it was just noticeable.

Good overall location just off the highway. Walking distance to a really nice Thai spot. (I absolutely love their yellow chicken curry) The hotel offers a nice coffee machine with lots of options including a very good hot chocolate. Foot traffic noise can be annoying so I do recommend getting a room away from the office area if possible

We were greeted by Nemo upon an early arrival. He stored our bags until we checked in at 4pm. Matthew then assisted us and insured our room was ready for occupant. The next day Emerson assisted us when checking out. Very helpful and friendly staff. I look forward to my stay there next month.

We stayed here while exploring the area. The staff was extremely friendly. They were helpful when we asked about whale watching. They really made us feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here on our next visit.

Clean room, friendly staff, and popcorn delivered to your room. What more could you ask for.

Everything was great accept my bed was on the otherside of the wall from an ice machine. Loud humming.
