Great staff - helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the stay here. Vibes were homey, comfortable and relaxing.

It was a pretty good room, but we were bothered when we first stepped into the Inn. The man at the front desk has a very passive aggressive way of talking with customers, me and my boyfriend both work in the food service industry so we are pretty understanding when it comes to people that are working- but we immediately got snarky remarks and even got jokingly accused of stealing our car? Very weird demeanor coming from this man, especially since me and my boyfriend both struggle with social anxiety and picking up on social cues, so being treated like this was pretty upsetting. Overall the stay was alright but tbh I think it’s extremely uninviting and definitely not neurodivergent friendly.

Great place!!!

Had an excellent experience from the time I arrived till I departed. Staff is very welcoming. Nice little touch was the Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, hot chocolate and hot water dispenser. I definitely would stay here when in the area.

Great property with a amazing staff!
-
What a cute and comfortable place for us to stop on our trip! The staff was so nice and the lobby and room inviting and clean.

We had a pleasant stay here and would stay again or recommend to others looking for a quiet property that is clean and has a friendly staff. Parking is easy and convenient. Our room was spacious and really nice (up-to-date and well kept). Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are complimentery in the lobby area, and they offered fresh-popped popcorn to us in the evening. That was a nice touch! Location is in a small, quiet town with only a few restaurants and one convenience store that are walkable, but as long as you have a car, other stores and restaurants are a short drive away. There's no pool or gym but I had a nice run to the beach and back, which was peaceful and refreshing.

Checking in is done through some third-party website that ask you to take a picture of your drivers license. Who knows what they do with it. When I asked the front staff about it they said they’ve been taking pictures of drivers license licenses for “two decades.” I told him he didn’t have to lie to me about it just to make it sound legitimate. Place was clean. Room was big. A super deluxe room means you get two sides of the room, giving you a view of Highway 1 and all the noise of that highway as well. The free coffee and the convenience store type area where you can self check out all kinds of food, snacks, and drinks is extremely handy and appreciated.

At first I was sorry we booked this hotel because it's in the middle of nowhere. However, there are a couple of good restaurants and some good breakfast spots. The best part is that it's just down the road from the whale watching boats. We had an incredible experience, at least a dozen blue whales! The hotel was very quiet, comfortable, and clean, excellent staff. So I highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly! My family and I loved the popcorn that was delivered to our room at night! It was a nice touch!

Had we known there is a Cementary across the hotel we would not have stayed there also no toletry and the few such as toilet paper, towels low quality. However I must say the room was clean and the coffee machine was impressively good.

The hospitality from the time I checked in, during my stay, was awesome. N/A

Great staff. Great amenities. Good location.
-
Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, pillows. Good wifi. Did not have breakfast, used the excellent coffee machine for espresso and coffee which was all I needed. Convenient location if you're staying at Moss Landing. Pretty much dead after 6 on a week night other than Sea Harvest (highly recommended). Not much, was near the highway so some traffic noise which didn't bother me.

Love this place very clean and quiet...never any problems.

Inn at Moss Landing set in a cute area off the PCH Hwy 1. It is newly renovated with modern touches. Our King bed room was large, spacious beautifully updated and on the 2nd floor. It had a little wet bar with a microwave and fridge for convenience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly by the front desk who was very friendly and welcoming. There is also a nice sitting area with a coffee/tea/water bar that you can help yourself too at any time which I thought was a nice touch. We lived our stay and for convenience there is a mini snack market you ca purchase snacks at. Outside of Inn is a nice walking area close to state beaches and 3 restaurants that were within asking distance of. We loved the Thai which was rated high on Yelp and I can see why.. our only regret is we wanted to stay longer so we will have to next time.

Emerson at the front desk is especially helpful and kind. Great staff, great experience.

Great location away from crowds and within walking distance to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing area. Be sure to go to The Power Plant cafe right down the street.
