Room was clean and organized, breakfast had some pretty good options, staff was kind and helpful.

In my opinion, the hotel could improve several things. They do not provide complimentary bottled water, they only offer small shampoo bottles instead of wall-mounted dispensers, the refrigerator in the room did not work, and there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign for the door. These may seem like small details, but they can make a big difference in a guest’s overall experience.

This is an average hotel nothing too fancy however love having the bowling alley and restaurant attached so fun! Also the staff was awesome and the breakfast was good.

Hot tub was broken until the last day there.

Clean bedding!! Clean shower as well. Only thing was the stopper for the bathtub was completely loose. Arcade and restaurant was excellent.

The front desk lady was extremely helpful. I had to ask for assistance with the jets in the hot tub (Their is no sign, plenty of signs for emergency shut off all area, the proper button) she, was so kind in explaining what to do. The Mermaid has always been a local hotel to my family, happy to see the staff are just as welcoming.

The stay over all was great everything was clean and the pool and hot tube were clean and insulated use! Although Our fridge didn’t work and I think there was miscommunication on our room being in use cause we had someone walk in shortly after we checked in other than that, the stay was great.

Overpriced and the hot tub was dirty.

New owners had no idea what was going on. I got charged 3 times for 1 room, 1 night. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Table in room was dirty.

Also fridge was unplugged and we are not certain why.

Nice rooms, nice breakfast, nice pool Night receptionist was on her phone. Stood there for a bit before she even looked up and noticed me and only then because I made some noise.

We specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool. When we arrived the first night the front desk Attendance told us that the hot tub was broken, but it would be open in the morning. When we checked the next day, it was still broken. We were never able to use it.
