The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.

I felt this property was the whole package. There was a friendly greeting by the staff, our room was very clean, and the breakfast was hot and ready.

Everything was so clean and nice and the front staff were so kind. It was a perfect retreat after a long busy day. Room was exceptional. I wanted to stay longer!

The location. I’ve stayed here many times without a complaint. Our room stunk like ass. There was pretzels on top of the fridge. Pool and hot tub was swarming with kids without any adult supervision. Kids fighting, doing backflips into the pool, etc. There was some sort of wild party outside at the BBQ. Beer cans everywhere. Some of the kids were asking my wife and I if we lived at the hotel too. I sure hope this isn’t turning into emergency housing for the homeless. If I wanted to stay in a dump when I come to town, I’d go stay at the high-low in Columbia Heights.

Very spacious rooms. Would recommend for long stays.

Everything was good. Staff were so friendly

Breakfast options were not good. Not a lot to choose from. Food is very atypical for hot breakfast food. TV's are mounted in 1 bedroom king size suites on a wall, where it doesn't face the bed. So, when you're laying in the bed, only the person on one side of the bed, can see the TV. Volume was turned all the way up, and I still couldn't hear it. The shower had rust lining the bottom of it. It was also older and dirty. The bed pillows are small and very flat. The staff was helpful and as accommodating as they could be.

Property was nice. Staff at front desk was not very friendly.

Breakfast is OK - a variety, but not exceptional quality. It is a comfortable, quiet hotel to stay in.

Everything about Homestead Suites was fantastic!
-
Homewood Suites has some of the best service and staff I have engaged with. They are definitely a top tier choice hotel and I enjoyed staying there and will recommend them to anyone who is interested in staying in a high quality hotel

This hotel is great. Spacious rooms, plentiful breakfast, nice pool and outdoor area.

Staff were very nice and helpful every time we had questions. Breakfast was great everyday during our stay and offered a great mix for all of us(Family of 7). Location was superb for getting to see other family, friends, and locations like Valleyfair, Como Zoo, malls, etc. Also their ice machines are the best we've had at any hotel ever.

Exceptional

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was good and the staff was mostly friendly. They had construction going on at the entrance and the soap dispenser was refilled when housekeeping cleaned our room. However, the front desk was very quick to help us out with that. I didn't like that there wasn't enforcement of pool rules. I do understand there is a sign, but I wasn't comfortable using the pool while I was there because people were being too crazy in there.
-
the room and staff were wonderful. Well equipped room and kitchen and the staff was super helpful and kind. I took a walk in the morning and felt perfectly safe, which is unusual for a highway-reachable hotel. The breakfast was really unhealthy options.
