Customer service was rude didn't want do anything we asked him to change the room need a balcony refused to look stating he can not change anything

Everything was lovely only issue was the pool and hot tub had hair in it. A quick swipe to remove it and it was great.

Two day mini vacation with my grandson. He and his friend enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Every employee I cane in contact with could not have been nicer.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I really enjoyed it. The rooms have been clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I will say that there were no yoga mats in the exercise room. I hate lugging mine around. But the elliptical, weights and treadmill were all working. The breakfast is a little expensive. But I will stay here again.

Amazing hotel! The only thing that would have put things over the top, was if the jacuzzi was working properly. The staff stated they would alert maintenance to service the next day.
