Outside of the hotel is so cute and the grounds were maintained well. The location is incredible, within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. Already recommended to others and would definitely stay here again! Drinks weren't available because it was too early in spring.

The owners had everything thought out. It's an adorable place to stay and a terrific location. Limited alcohol on location and many nooks and crannies to unwind. Lovely family. Thank you for this hidden gem. It was all great.

Beautiful property and staff was wonderful. I was a surprised that breakfast was not included. My experience has always been that staying at B&Bs this it included breakfast.

If you are looking for a unique experience in a beautiful older home, this is the place in Mt. Pleasant. Very quiet when we stayed. We will definitely be back vs. staying in a hotel. Service was very friendly checking in and out.

The property was well maintained and clean!! There’s nothing I dislike about the property!! The lawn and flower beds were beautiful.

Staff was great and rooms were beautiful. next time we are in Mt. Pleasant we will most definitely be stay there again!! We had a quick trip and didn't really get the full experience of the beautiful grounds.

The owners are super friendly. The place is very charming. It was decorated for Christmas, and the snow was falling it felt like being in a Hallmark movie.

We were able to walk downtown for dinner. I Highly recommend Vin Trofeo’s Pizzeria & Pub! The Best thin crust pizza I have ever had! I love pizza & as an older person I have eaten plenty of pizza. They offer all the crust options. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked Wonderful! Mt. Pleasant is so lucky to have such a Wonderful restaurant. Stay at Gingko Tree you will not be missed! N/A

Clean, beautiful room! Delicious breakfasts ? Both rooms were too warm during the night. The downstairs was actually cool but upstairs rooms were too warm. Opened the windows but was too muggy outside and had no way to circulate the air.

My room was beautiful - so cozy and quiet on the third floor. Easy to get to the casino for a concert. Would definitely stay again. Nothing!

Gorgeous property inside and out. If you’ve ever been to Mackinac Island and liked it this is the place for you. Great common areas and every room is unique. Staff if the best.

I absolutly loved the home and grounds. It was beautiful. I loved the feel of going back in time to the original home. Outside, it was very quiet and peaceful. It was a little warm at night not having a fan.
