Quality Inn Mount Pleasant

The comforter on the bed was soiled so bad my husband refused to stay the second night.

Cons... 1. the room was the tiniest hotel room I've ever neen in. 2. there is an electrical issue somewhere, the lights dimmed, brightened several times on their own. 3. good size hole in the wall by the ac.(i have pics). 4. no pool. 😔 5. breakfast was until 10am on a holiday weekend 😠. 6. tiny lobby woth mirrors to make it look bigger. 7. due to #6, it would be difficult to o get a stretcher in/out quickly. We wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Property is clean and staff is very friendly Our room was extremely small and cramped. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a room so small, even in Europe. The property was clean but there was chipping paint and drill holes in the wall where they had changed the towel rack but didn’t fill in the patch the old holes. Things like that, that should be repaired.

Hotel was filthy, there was mold in the refrigerator. The windows were covered in spider webs and spiders behind the curtains. Comfortable bed with soft sheets and nice pillows.  Good shower with sufficient pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, a handy grab bar and convenient dispensers for shampoo and conditioner (would be nice if they could add one for body wash). Enough vanity area around the sink to set toiletries.  Padded bench in front of the window with good space to set luggage.  Liked the fact that the front door to the hotel had an automatic open switch — very convenient when carrying luggage.  Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Tiny room, tiny desk, the electrical outlet and charging port on one of the nightstands didn’t work, noisy neighbors until 2:00am.  Overall not the best stay but OK for one night.

Very outdated and miserable mattresses. I am pretty sure the rooms may not pass code. The breakfast was minimal and there was a hair in the sausage. We could not wait to checkout out. Will not return.

The General Manager was phenomenal. He assisted me with a booking issue which was my fault and he resolved the issue immediately. All of the staff that I interacted with were very professional but friendly. The room was perfect and the building was spotless. 5 stars all around. Nothing comes to mind.

The room was tiny and the curtains were dirty and very old! Cost for room was way too expensive for what you got.

Breakfast was sporadic sausage gravy no biscuits, no eggs, not happy with what they had

What we liked was the convenience to where we were going in the area, simple as that, close to the casino for a show that we were attending.

Air conditioning barely worked. Room was not clean and had an odor.

Surely they could have given us a room that there wasn't plaster on the walls. There was not very many people at the motel. We have stayed here before, and it certainly has detoriated.

We were just there for a quick stay - sleep, shower and out. Room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and that is most important. Great price and had breakfast included. Would absolutely stay here again.
